Ending A - Loss (written by me)

It's been 3 days since the procedure happened and Luka was worried sick about y/n. He was taking care of them while the other nurses and doctors were busy and he was so worried sick that he couldn't sleep and he couldn't eat. There were even times when he would end up crying in the hospital bathroom.
And after 3 days of being unconscious, y/n finally wakes up, but feeling even worse, like they got ran over by a truck. They were in shit load of pain. Y/n's head hurt so much that almost everyone at the hospital could hear them screaming "NURSE! DOCTOR! ANYONE?!"

After a few minutes, nurse Konstra and another nurse rushed in the room and tried to calm y/n down and stabilize their condition, but it was too late, the pain was so excruciating that it took away all of y/n's energy and they felt lightheaded and dizzy. The nurses were freaking out and they were trying to keep y/n conscious. After a few minutes Luka entered the room.
"What happened to them? How are they? I've heard the screams..", asked doctor Luka.
Nurse Konstrakta replies with a frown on her face : "Unfortunately...they're doing horrible...their condition is critical Luka. I'm afraid they won't make it..."
"What..?", Luka couldn't believe it, he was getting closer to y/n's hospital bed, "No way...There's no way they're gonna die...I-"

Then Luka hears y/n's groans and sees that their heartbeat on the monitor was getting slower and worse, the nurses were right, y/n really is going to die because of the post-operation complications.
"No...y/n, my little angel...no..."
Luka gets closer and closer and sits next to y/n, who is barely half-conscious and their eyes were slowly losing its shine and life. Luka just wants to cry but he has to be strong.

"L-Luka...I..feel..sleepy.."
Luka had no bravery to say that y/n is actually dying and feeling lightheaded, but in the same time he knew what he had to do, instead he says : "Spavaj...My sleepy little angel...I'll be there with you..."
Y/n's lightheadedness was getting worse and worse that their eyes were shut...
Luka hugs y/n for his very last time, in tears, saying : "Laku noć, moj mali anđele..."

And the worst had happened, y/n exhaled for their very last time and the monitor was flatlining - y/n was gone, they died in Luka's arms...Luka immediately started crying because he couldn't do anything to get his little angel back...

You might think this is the end? Well, that's where Luka's struggles have started.

After that and after y/n's parents found out about the death of their only child, they immediately wanted to have Luka's medical license revoked (along with the medical license of Konstrakta and other doctors and nurses who were participating during the procedure). To make matters worse, the news headlines were talking about y/n and the failed lobotomy which was banned in their country once again and then, people would literally say horrible things about Luka and what he had done, both in real life and on the internet.
In the end, Luka fell in really deep depression, nobody talked to him, he didn't want to talk to anyone, he would either sleep a lot or play video games a lot or even worse, drink a shit load of alcohol to numb the pain (or go to a bar to do the same shit like at home).

"And that is how I lost my medical license" - says Luka in tears, while taking a eighth shot of Jack Daniel's whiskey.
