It was few days before the audition. Sid and Sana were practising in the rooftop. She was dancing very well and fast while he was not being able to match her speed.
Woh banda hi kya hai
Jo naache na gaaye
Aa hathon mein tu haath tham le
Sid and Sana were about to hold hands but she was so fast that he couldn't hold her hands properly and missed it.
Sana immediately stopped the music and asked making an irritated face, "Sid kya kar raha hai yaar? Yaaha pe humein haath pakadna tha na? Tu beats kyu miss kar raha hai? Kuch hi din reh gaye hai audition ke liye. We have to give our best. Chal phir se suru karte hai."
Sana again started the music and they started doing the steps.
Left leg aage aage
Right leg peeche peeche
Aaja yaar lets start ve
Sana was doing well but Sid again couldn't match with her speed.
Sar ko ghuma le round
Pair zara up down
Itni se yeh bath ve
Sid finally gave up and stopped dancing. Sana noticed it and frowned.
"Ruk kyu gaya?" She asked stopping the music.
"Mujhe nahi karna dance." He said in sign language.
"Kyu? Koi problem hai?"
Sid nodded in yes.
"Kya problem hai?"
Sid took his phone and started messaging her.
"Problem yeh hai ki tu bohut fast dance karti hai. Main chahe kitni bhi koshish kar loon, teri speed ke saath match nahi kar paa raha. Main nahi de paaunga aise audition."
Seeing that message, Sana gave a fake smile and said, "Toh phir ek kaam karte hai. Tu Shruti ke saath dance kar kyu ki woh bhi slow dance karti hai toh tu uski speed ke saath match kar paayega. Aur main Pratik ke saath dance karti hoon kyu ki woh bhi meri tarah fast dance karta hai. Kaisa rahega?"
Sid immediately made an angry face and messaged, "Aisi manhus baatein tu na hi kar toh behtar hai."
"Toh tu bhi itne nakhre mat dikha aur chup chap mere steps ke saath match karne ki koshish kar. Agar galti se bhi audition mein hum dono select nahi hue aur woh dono chachundar select ho gaye toh main tera woh haal karungi tu soch bhi nahi sakta."
Sid gulped in fear hearing the threat and messaged, "Practice suru kare?"
Sana smiled reading that.
"Ek kaam kar, tu mujhe peeche se pakad aur mere saath saath steps karne ki koshish kar. Iss se humari speed match ho jaayegi." She said to which Sid nodded.
She started the music and Sid held her from behind.
Sana felt something with his touch and looked at Sid. They both smiled at each other and started doing the steps.
The Day Of Audition...
Everyone's audition was completed. The choreographer was now declaring the pairs who got selected for the opening performance.
"Rishi-Ananya, Devang-Deepa, Ansh-Akriti, Partik-Shruti....."
Pratik became extremely happy and excited hearing their names while Shruti smiled slightly.
