PERSEPHONE ROLLED HER OLIVE EYES IN ANNOYANCE AS SWEATY BODIES SHOVED AGAINST HER. The last thing she wanted to do was dress up in a scandalous outfit and mingle with drunken college students, but here she was, doing just that.

Pushing open the heavy wooden door, a gust of warm, stale air washed over her. The pungent smell of spilled beer, sweat, and cheap cologne clung to the walls and lingered in the air, assaulting her senses as she stepped into the dimly lit foyer of the college frat house. The walls were adorned with faded posters of classic college party movies, and a flickering neon sign above the staircase. The atmosphere inside the house was electric and chaotic, with the sound of thumping bass reverberating through the walls.

The decor was a mishmash of university memorabilia, neon beer signs, and makeshift Halloween decorations— fake cobwebs draped over the furniture, plastic skeletons hanging from the ceiling, and jack-o'-lanterns flickering on every available surface. As Persephone made her way through the crowded hallway, she couldn't help but notice the classic college stereotypes playing out before her eyes: jocks in letterman jackets, sorority girls in skimpy costumes, and nerdy guys trying a little too hard to fit in. The mess of chatter and laughter mingled with the music, creating an atmosphere that seemed to pulse with energy.

Entering the dining room, the blonde haired female was met with a scene straight out of a movie. The room was packed with students in various stages of intoxication, dancing wildly to the pulsating beat of the music. Red plastic cups littered every available surface, and the smell of alcohol and sweat hung heavy in the air. As she took in the scene before her, Persephone couldn't help but feel a mixture of amusement to how helpless they are and repulsion towards their typical stereotype decisions. This was a world that she was not accustomed to— by choice, a world of reckless decisions that seemed to exist against her own quiet and precise life. But for tonight, she was determined to let go of her inner morals and lose herself in the chaos of the Halloween party, if only for a few hours.

Sweeping the area with her eyes, she couldn't contain the smirk that etched itself on to her red painted lips the moment she caught a glimpse of two familiar people. Walking up without any hesitation, she began to mentally form her plan of action. "A cheers to the dynamic duo of Hortense Tower, third floor, room 315!" Chad proclaimed as he clinked his shot glass against Ethan's and took a swig of the alcohol inside.

Stepping closer, Persephone made herself know as she wrapped an arm around Ethan's shoulder startling the male. "Oh, Chad." She cooed watching as Ethan spat his shot of alcohol back into the glass upon being jump-scared by the blonde female. "Chaddie, Chaddie, Chaddie." She continued as the african american took another shot unbothered by her appearance. "You should never reveal where you live with a killer on the loose, do you realize how bonkers that is?"
