This story is a Davy Jones and Calypso AU story based from POTC, But, the movie or the movie's storyline has nothing to do with this story, except for the general idea of their love-story however this is my own knock-off version! however rights and credits are due from their inspiration.
This story will be more of my shorter 'longer stories' as most of my stories are over 30+ chapters this will be probably 20-25?
The timeline will be kinda all over this story, but it going to roughly expand over 20 years? maybe even 30? so please read the bolded letters at the top of every chapter if there is any, and there will be historical undertones to it, as well as Korean and Taino culture mentions.
Most of the ATEEZ Members will NOT be mentioned in this story, not until the very end.
Now, this story is really emotional, and almost toxic, but it does have fluff and softness to to it! So i can't say its pure angst, but it's 100% a rough story.
Also this kinda a spoiler, But Seonghwa is genderfluid in this story as 'Seonghwa' isn't actually him, as he is Calypso, but this is never really addressed, so he will be using fem and masc terms in this story and will be portrayed as a women in some parts.
And for context, Calypso was a goddess of beauty. She controlled the seas along with Poseidon, and her temper was well-known to be as unpredictable as the waves in greek mythology.
