OPTIONS...

hey guys!

i'm currently finishing up with my summer courses, and i've been brainstorming a bit! 

thank you to everyone who responded <3 as per request, this book will stay up! 

here's the thing...

i'm stuck between a few things...

1) different oc: this oc's name is camila selena luna rodriguez (fc. adria arjona). camila is a third-year resident who is a board certified ob/gyn but they wanted to get a board certification in fetal surgery. they had a fiancee in the past [fc. jensen ackles], and camila was an old ex-patient of derek's. she lives in Seattle, where her parents own a bakery, and she first meets mark in a grocery store where she acts clueless about him hitting on her by speaking Spanish. 

she has a younger brother (fc. xolo maridueña) who visits the hospital sometimes to see his sister, and immediately clocks there could be romance with mark + camila. [side note: he calls her canela (cinnamon), she calls him yuca (it's a food... google says it's called cassava in english?)]

i can best describe their love story as: she's the only one that can make mark sloan nervous, he is the one that gets her to believe in love again.

although... if we really think about it... i think they both get the other to believe in love. 

2) soft-rewrite for de la sloan: starts at season 2. marcela is an intern in magic's year. here, you'll get to see more of her friendships with the people before mark shows up.

3) hard-ish rewrite for de la sloan: starts season 3. marcela is a third-year resident, and she joins the cast around the time mark also joins lol. 

for any of those questioning, this is adria arjona:

note; in both marcela's rewrites, her sister will still be an old patient of derek's, but her parents are still alive and well and she has a younger brother! 

i tried not to give too many details to not spoil stuff T-T

so... yeah... i've been thinking about it for the past few days.

however, i have homework i have to get to 😭 so i'm just gonna leave this here and once i finish with homework i'll respond back to comments that have any potential questions and think over which route to go because honestly... i love all these routes and it's been on my mind while trying to do homework so publishing this will help keep it outta there so i can concentrate 😭 

just wanted to note, if option one is selected, i'm still going to write an epilogue for this story to give mark + marcy's story a conclusion and possibly come back every now and then to write extra chapters.
