"We missed you!" Genevieve cried, hugging her eldest. "And we heard about your EP!"

"So...who's it about?" James asked, leaning forward on the counter.
"Papa!"
"Go on, Manon!"
She buried her face behind her hands. "Please, don't ask. It doesn't matter, okay?"
