The days following the dinner meeting were busy. Taehyung and Jisoo worked closely together, their professional relationship growing stronger with each passing day. Taehyung began to notice more about Jisoo – her dedication, her kindness, and her sense of humor. She was efficient, always anticipating his needs before he even voiced them.

One evening, after a long day at the office, Taehyung found himself thinking about Jisoo. He realized that he looked forward to their conversations and enjoyed her company more than he had with anyone else before. Her laughter was a sound he had grown to love, and her presence made the long hours at work more bearable.

The next day, Taehyung arrived at the office early. He had a special project in mind and wanted to discuss it with Jisoo. He made sure everything was prepared for the meeting. When she arrived, he called her into his office.

"Jisoo, I have a new project I want you to help me with," Taehyung said, trying to keep his tone professional despite the butterflies in his stomach.

"Of course, sir. What is it?" Jisoo asked, her eyes lighting up with interest.

Taehyung explained the project, detailing the steps they would need to take. As he spoke, he couldn't help but notice how close they were sitting. He felt a strange warmth whenever she smiled or laughed. He shook his head slightly, trying to focus on the task at hand.

Throughout the discussion, Taehyung found himself stealing glances at her. He noticed the way she tucked a strand of hair behind her ear when she was concentrating, the way her eyes sparkled when she came up with a new idea, and the soft tone of her voice that seemed to soothe his nerves. He realized that he was not just appreciating her as a competent employee but as a person.

Later that afternoon, Taehyung decided to take a break and step out of his office. As he walked past Jisoo's desk, he saw her engrossed in her work. He hesitated for a moment, then approached her.

"Jisoo, would you like to grab a coffee with me? I think we both could use a break," he suggested, trying to sound casual.

Jisoo looked up, surprised by the invitation. "Sure, sir. That sounds great."

They walked to a nearby café, the atmosphere relaxed and informal. As they sat down with their coffees, they began talking about things outside of work. Jisoo told Taehyung about her family, her hobbies, and her dreams. Taehyung shared his own stories, feeling more comfortable with her than he had with anyone in a long time.

The coffee break turned into a regular occurrence. They started taking short breaks together, sharing bits and pieces of their lives. Taehyung found himself looking forward to these moments, cherishing the time spent with Jisoo. He began to realize that his feelings for her were growing stronger.
