The next few days at the office were a bit different. Taehyung kept things professional with Jisoo, just like she wanted. Their work went on smoothly, but there was a new understanding between them. They respected each other more, and their bond grew stronger.

One afternoon, there was a big problem in the technology department. An important project had an issue, and it could affect a major contract. Taehyung quickly called for an emergency meeting with the team to fix it.

"Jisoo, I need you to help coordinate this," Taehyung said, looking serious. "We need all hands on deck."

Jisoo nodded, ready to help. She organized the team and made sure everyone knew what they had to do. The whole office was buzzing with activity, trying to solve the problem as fast as they could.

Hours passed, and finally, they managed to find a solution. Taehyung was impressed with how Jisoo handled everything. As the team celebrated their success, Taehyung pulled Jisoo aside.

"You did an amazing job today," he said with a warm smile. "I don't know what we would have done without you."

Jisoo felt a mix of pride and warmth at his words. "Thank you, Taehyung. It was a team effort, but I'm glad I could help."

The day ended on a high note, and Taehyung and Jisoo walked out of the office together. As they reached the entrance, Taehyung hesitated for a moment.

"Jisoo, would you like to have dinner with me tonight? Just as friends," he quickly added, seeing the surprise on her face.

Jisoo thought for a moment and then nodded. "Sure, I'd like that."

They went to a nearby restaurant and enjoyed a simple meal together. The conversation flowed easily, and they talked about everything from work to their personal lives. For the first time, they both felt relaxed and free around each other.

As they finished dinner, Taehyung walked Jisoo back to her apartment. They stood outside her door, and for a moment, there was an awkward silence.

"Thank you for tonight, Jisoo," Taehyung said softly. "I really enjoyed spending time with you."

Jisoo smiled. "Me too, Taehyung. Have a good night."

As she closed the door, Jisoo felt a flutter in her heart. She still wasn't sure about her feelings, but she knew one thing – she enjoyed Taehyung's company. And maybe, just maybe, things could work out between them.
