Eloise decided to work in the garden again. She didn't wanna go running because she still hadn't felt completely good yet. But she did have to work with the greenie.

"Hey Eloise can you come help me yeah?" Newt said. "Uh sure with what?" She walked over to him. "Twist those." And so she did, she twisted them for ages.

"How come you didn't eat breakfast today?" Orion said. He was on the other side of them.

"I wasn't hungry really."

"Are you sure? I grabbed you a plate ya know?" He always does. "Well, I know. You always do. But I'm sure." He looked up at her. "Fry said he's making some soup for you. It will make you feel better."

"I'm not sick." She was for sure was sick mentally. "Ok. Maybe. I will get the soup when I have to." She nodded.

"Alright, could you twist that one for me."

"Oh uhm sure." She did as she was told.

"He didn't have to make it for me. But i am still greatful."

"Well he still did and good you better be greatful"

"Always." She smiled then Orion then walked away to get something. "This is hurting my hands."

"Ok take a rest then." But she didn't. "Nah, im good."

"How come no one had ever tried to escape?" Thomas interrupted their conversation. "You think we haven't?" She said in a tone. What type of stupid question?

"I mean yeah. I feel like someone would've made it out at least?" He was honestly asking that. "Yeah. But it isn't that easy kid." Newt said.

"Has anyone tried climbing to the top?" There was a silence. "Tried it" Newt replied.

Eloise made a gloomy face. "The ivy doesn't go all the way to the top. And besides, where are you gonna go from there?" He said.

"Yeah, well what about the box? You know next time it comes up, you just jump- " Newt cut him off. "No, we tried that." He seemed annoyed. "The box won't go down with someone in it."

"Ok well, what if we-" Newt cut him off again. "No, we tried it, alright?" He had some sad-sounding chuckle. "Twice alright. trust me anything that you think of we already tried"

"Man, does he have to be so inquisitive?" Eloise whispered to Newt. "I just wanna know. Ok?"

"Yeah? Well, you'll know when you know. Oh, and the only way out is through that maze. Got it?" She glanced at him.

"Hey, Eloise. Chill." Oh, but it's ok for Newt to be annoyed. "Sorry. But he has such a busy mouth." She scratched her back. "I sure do huh?" Thomas said.

"Yeah, Thomas. Ya do, so it would help if you could just shut that pretty little face of yours." She was grouchy..

"You think my face is pretty?" He said with a smirking smile. "No. Just shut up." She said with a serious face. "Alright, whatever this flirting is needs to stop." And at the same time, they said something.

"I wasn't flirting?!"
"That was all her!"

Her face went blank. Newt just chuckled.

"Now look. You wanna be helpful?" He asked, he then picked up a basket and tossed it to the boy. "Here go dig us up some fertilizer." She wished it would've hit him. He managed to catch it though.

He almost tripped on a branch while walking away. Eloise laughed slightly

"Have fun." She waved at the boy as she put her tongue on her cheek. "Would he even know where to get it?" She genuinely asked. "Nah. But he'll figure something out."
