Hey everyone! Here I am back with the chapter. I am a little pissed because suddenly the fonts and everything changed in the chapter and now correcting it all will take so much fucking time. I am sometimes so fed up with this app, but cannot do much about it.

Anyways, I suggest grabbing some tissues beforehand and also remember my warning - NO ONE IS INNOCENT IN THIS GAME OF PASSION!

Hope you enjoyyyyyyyyy (and cry buckets)

Author's POV

Morning, The Island (7:00 AM)

After having their breakfast, Meera and Aadit were standing near the helipad area waiting for the chopper. They were leaving the island, however separately, as Meera had a meeting with a client in Delhi and Aadit had to go back to Suryagarh for his work. So, Meera was leaving the place before him in the chopper, and he was scheduled to leave an hour later.

As the chopper came and descended the ground, the pilot sitting inside waiting for Meera, who turned towards her husband and smiled, "See ya tonight, chalak lomdi."

But to her astonishment, he made a sad face causing her eyes to dilate in amusement. She raised a brow at him and asked, "Why the long face?"

With a sigh, he came closer and asked with puppy eyes, "Jaana zaruri hai? Hamare sath chalna na please."

His request fluttered her heart, and she had a hard time in denying his request. Looking at him, she answered hiding back her giggle, "Aadit, tumhe abhi 1 ghante baad nikalna hai, aur meri meeting 2 ghante baad hai. Upr se, tumhe Delhi ke liye chopper reroute krna padega. Bahot time lagega."

He rolled his eyes and taunted, "Dil rakhne ke liye hi haan keh deti, hamesha logic lagana zaruri hai?"

She burst out giggling at her taunt, causing a smile to etch on his face as well. She squeezed his cheeks between her thumb and fingers and cooed, "Aweee, ab kya kru, lawyer hun. Mere world mein logic hi chalta hai."
