Serena said and I opened my email and seen that he wants me to meet him tomorrow at the studio for vocals and I was informed that the one and only Phix will be there . Because apparently they want us to do a scene together in the music video . More will be explained when I get there.
I let serena read the email and she squeals and hugs me tightly .
"Girl I need to give you a makeover before you go over there. "
"Whats wrong with my look now ??"

"Well let me head home so I can rest before tomorrow and get myself prepared for everything."

I did my best to avoid my family when I got home so I just headed to my room. My family just doesn't understand my passion and they don't support me in my goals. Whenever we do speak to each other, they usually take that time to talk shit to me and get on my case. It just irritates me to my soul that my mother set me up on a date. Its fucking ridiculous!!!
I take a shower and get dressed up in my pajamas, then i lock myself in my room once again, I didnt even bother going downstairs for dinner. That's mainly because I was obsessed over the fact that not only did Dax comment me as the winner on tiktok, I even got a comment from my favorite idol PHIX.

I was practically jumping around my room in joy. More than anything i wanted to go straight downstairs and brag to my family and tell them that they were wrong about me not making it in the music industry. My very first job as a singer. MY first activity. I cant mess this up.
I replied to some comments on my videos and then i fell off into peaceful sleep.

I was getting ready in a rush, Serena is going to be here to pick me up shortly and shes going to come with me to this meeting with Dax. We are meeting him at his studio and Phix is going to be there, which i dont know why if this is just a meeting today.
I finished my makeup and pulled my hair in a ponytail before grabbing my COACH bag and rushing downstairs but sadly i didnt get past my parents fast enough.
"Dear come here." I do as she asks. "What are you wearing? I can see your belly ! Oh my ! You wear such dark clothes. Are you depressed? Do you need me to pray for you?"
"No mother. I am going to be late for my appointment at the studio.. An artist wants me to do a remix to their song ."
"Dear this whole song thing you got going on is not going to work for too long. ITs a waste of time. You need to find a real job. And remember you have that date tonight with Ryan."She said and i groaned in frustration.
"Mom must i really do this. I dont even know the boy. "
"Your doing this. End of discussion."
I just rolled my eyes and left the dining room without another word. I am not looking forward to this date. Not at all.

We pull up to the studio, based on the address that Dax emailed to me. I was beyond nervous. I didnt know how this is going to go. Will Dax be cool or will he be an asshole? What did he have planned ? What about Phix? Will he talk to me? Is he cool or is he also a asshole? Is he as hot as fuck in person? What the hell is wrong with me???
"Ready?"Serena asks me.
"Yeah im more than ready. Im just nervous. I mean oh my god Phix is in there."
"Your thirsting after that boy are you. You know he is older than you. Hes like 24 and your parents are not going to approve that."
"You are right about that. But your always are the one to tell me to 'fuck' my parents and do whatever makes me happy. "I remind her.
"Yeah true. I think you two will get along very well. "She said with a wiggle of her eyebrow.
We head to the front door and we knocked and i almost fainted because it wasnt Dax to greet us at the door, it was Phix. (AKA: Adam Calhoun).
"Hey umm...My name is Madison and this is my friend Serena. We are here to record with Dax."I said nervously biting my lip.
"Yes of course. Its nice to officially meet you for myself Maddie."He said with a bright smile, and it made me blush. Is he flirting with me?? I mean what the hell?! He gave me a fucking nickname on the spot.
"Its nice to meet you as well, I am a big fan of yours."I said, nervously playing with my hair. It was hard to keep it together and maintain eye contact. He is just so damn sexy , it becomes distracting and nerve wracking since he is bigger than me and I am such a big fan of his.
It seems so surreal that I get a opportunity to work with two of my idols. Its a dream come true.
"Well come on inside. Dax will be happy to see you."
