I had been seeing Kylin more and more over the next few weeks. But today I had decided to chill with Tabitha since Arianna and Shyanne were away for the summer.
"Hey, what's up?," Tabby said, walking into my backyard and sitting under my favorite tree where I had been waiting for her.
"Well, there's been things going on over the last couple of weeks, and I need to ask you something," I told her.
Tabitha positioned herself for what I was about to tell her. "Alright, I'm ready," she said.
I took a deep breath and said, "Well, me and AJ broke up--"
"Finally!" Tabitha exclaimed. "Sorry, but you guys were just...I can't explain it...and I didn't like him anyways," she shrugged.
I laughed and continued. "After we broke up Kylin texted me telling me he had a few surprises. He made breakfast for me, took me to the park and went to his house. Basically we hung out all day."
"What happened at the park and his house?"
"We talked for awhile about our feelings for one another, and how we loved one another. We went to his house and played video games, watched movies, chased each other around the house, and then he walked me home. And after that day, we've been seeing each like non-stop."
"Awww, sounds like you guys have a crush on each other," she said. "Well, he has more than a crush on you. You said you're not sure whether or not you have feelings for him...so what are you gonna do?"
"Well actually I think I like him more than ever. We've been talking about our feelings a lot more...and ever since, I've been feeling some type of way towards him...sexually--"
"Whoa, hold up!" Tabitha jumped up. "What the hell is doing to make you feel like this?!"
"Nothing! I just feel like I wanna date him. Again. I mean he makes me really happy so I might take the chance on going back out with him."
"Well you guys seem happy together. I mean as long as your happy then I'm happy."
I smiled. "Thanks. Kylin said he wanted to hang out on the 4th of July. He said he has a few surprises for me."
Tabitha's lips formed into an ear to ear smile. I thought her lips were going to fall off if she wouldn't stop smiling so hard. "Omg, that's so cute! I think I know exactly what he's gonna do. Don't even bother asking me cuz I'm not going to tell you."
I pouted. She still didn't give in. I tried throwing a rock at her. It missed after flying over her head into the neighbor's yard. I kept bothering her but she was really serious about giving in. Tabitha ended up leaving in order to get away from me bothering her.
"I hate you Tabitha!" I called out to her as she ran across the street to her house.
"Love you too," Tabby said, and shut her front door.
