Hi my lovelies,
Now that I've marked Ride It Complete, I figured I should address a few things and answer a few questions that'll most likely pop up. Firstly, my original goal for 'Ride It' was for it to be a short, lighthearted but very very smutty novella. However, the more I wrote, the more the plot developed. I felt like in order for me to build on character development, restraining from too much sex was for the best and better suited to the plot line. In a sense, it's kind of disappointing, but I'm not too mad at it. I've always been a plot girly, but I've recently found some charm to adding spice✨to everything. After all, there's nothing better than a good story that can keep you on your toes and still curl them, right?😉 I do plan on adding some extra extra spice in book two, though! And yes! That was me saying there will be a book 2! There has to be🙈.
There are still many things that I haven't uncovered yet and many obstacles to navigate within Bea and Bentley's relationship. Because of the tight deadline for the contest approaching (June 30th), I realized that there's not enough time and it'd be best to end the book where it is now and continue it in a part 2.
This was such an unplanned story and I admit, it did mess with my plans for other works quite a bit but after some readjustments, I found that this was for the best. I will officially be starting part 2 on July 14th as I use this time to carefully brainstorm while catching up on my chapters for Finding Celeste. Similar to part 1, updates will be erratic. There's no set day, however, updates will always be weekly unless I happen to fall ill. I thank everyone who's decided to join this journey with me, and I want every one of you to know that you rule! I have a voice that I want to share with all of you, and you're listening. Thank you for being here.
