Flowers in the garden

In a garden full of roses,
she is a cactus.

In the garden where beauty is a common trait
Hers is rare, only for those who can appreciate

Their beauty might catch your attention
But she can outshine them with imperfection

While they easily wither in your absence
She will thrive in negligence

Being left for too long
Will only make her strong

Your attention is not a necessity
She can survive without it quite easily

When she blooms, she blooms like you've never seen,
All because her beauty radiates from within.

Opinions about her may vary
Some call her boring or ugly

But just because she's made differently,
Doesn't mean she possesses no beauty.
