𝑰𝑬𝑫: 𝑺𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑺𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒌𝒊

𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬

reiya was confused when she opened her eyes to find herself in a dark room. she lit a candle illuminating what seemed to be an abandoned hospital.

"you know, i thought it would be a lot longer before i caught you. i was getting impatient reiya," theo spoke from the corner of the room

the blonde turned to her old friend. "i fucking knew you were psycho!" she exclaimed.

theo rolled his eyes at the girl walking towards her with a syringe in his hands. reiya tried running away from the chimera but found herself stuck.

"the doctors have been waiting years for another parker witch to show up. of course, your ancestors were a bit fucked in the head  specifically the one who killed his family but apparently they're important."

reiya had a sickening smile on her face.
"want to see just how fucked up we are?" she asked lifting her hands to cast a spell.

a chill ran down reiya's back as she felt a presence behind her. "parker witch,"

theo watched as the doctors injected something into reiya making the girl weak as she collapsed to the floor.

"what are you going to do with her?" theo asked. he wasn't particularly concerned for her but the only way to be with the woman he loved was by making sure her friends survived.

the dread doctors didn't reply as they injected the witch with something making her crumple to the floor.

"she will awaken the beast," one of the doctors replied as they disappeared with the girl.

beacon hills hospital

"nik you have to get up," ophelia panicked as she ran into her brothers room. the man in question sat up from his bed and furrowed his eyebrows at his sisters frantic behaviour

nicholas sat up slowly trying to remove all the wires attached to him. "what's wrong sister?" he asked.

ophelia paced in front of her brothers bed. she's already called ryder and told him that reiya was missing but now liam was losing his first love and she knew the boy needed his father.

"reiya's missing, we think the doctors took her. nic this means they can use her magic to bring back the beast and bring a hellhound to beacon hills," the blonde rambled.

reiya's father wasted no time in taking off off everything that was attached to the machines. he was not about to lose his daughter.

"that's not all. the girl liam likes is a chimera and she's dying. nik he's having trouble controlling himself especially today because it's a supermoon," ophelia was going to add more when ryder stormed into the room.

"i can't reach reiya." he announced.

the two siblings looked at each other and then at ryder. "usually i can enter reiya's mind, we can go to a chamber de chase situation even when we are far apart. but now i can't get to her at all and usually there's one reason for that,"

however, the trio wasn't given much time to dwell on what happened to the eldest dunbar child as ophelia's phone rang.

"hello?"

"phi, i need you to meet me at the school library. liams going after scott and im gonna need some help," melissa panted through the phone.

nicholas and ophelia wasted no time in making their way to the school library as ryder went back to the station in an attempt to find anything on reiya's whereabouts.

the scene at the library sent chills down ophelia's spine as she watched her nephew fight his alpha. she could see that scott had given up.

"that is no way to treat your alpha," nicholas called to his son, throwing a book at his back.

liam furrowed his eyebrows at his father. in his head the face was familiar but liam just couldn't place where he'd seen the face before.

mason had walked into the library as well to inform liam of the death of his girlfriend. when the young boy crumpled to the ground nicholas sped forward to hold his son.

 "don't worry little one. i've got you," he whispered taking the boy out. nicholas looked to ophelia and melissa, the two women rushing to scott to keep him alive. 

the young dunbar sobbed into his fathers chest, the realisation of his actions against scott hitting him all at once. "s-scott. oh no, I killed him." liam blubbered. he looked over his shoulder at the library where melissa was frantically performing cpr on her son as ophelia kept an ear out for the sound of his heart. 

nicholas wiped the tears at sons eyes and looked down at how much he had grown since he last saw him. "dad." liam called. the father-son duo looked at each other before embracing again, liam gripped onto nicholas afraid that he would disappear. 

abandoned hospital

reiya woke up with her head throbbing and her body screaming in agony. "what the fuck," she whispered. 

the blonde tried looking at her surroundings but came up blank, the only thing she could make out was the presence of someone else next to her. she tried walking away but screamed as her felt like her bones were being broken over and over again. 

the dread doctors had her hooked up to a machine draining her magic and feeding that energy to someone else. the boy next to her was unaware of his surroundings as well as he lay unconscious against a wall. 

"stop. make it stop please!" reiya pleaded falling to the ground again. blood made its way out of her nose as she tried to fight against the dread doctors hold on her. the girls vision was clouded as she slowly lifted her hand to her eyes. 

the feeling was something reiya had felt before. the feeling of dying. 

blood gushing out of her eyes and ears like it had when the assassin had tried to kill her and her friends at the high school. her ability to control her powers and werewolf side going hey-wire as her body slowly shuts down. 

just when she felt her body giving up the chittering that followed the dread doctors filled her ears. the wire plugged into her skin was removed as the doctor announced "transfer complete. the beast will awaken,"

without hesitation, reiya got up and dragged her body to the stairs before she let out a howl of pain. 

nicholas heard his daughter first. 

him, ophelia, ryder, scott and stiles were in the hospital trying to figure out where reiya could be when the dunbar patriarch heard his daughter howl of pain. 

he and scott looked at each other before running out of the hospital, the others trailing after them. 

reiya laid on the edge of the stairs her eyes fluttering and her breathing slow. nicholas stormed through the hospital listening to the soft sound of his daughters beating heart. 

"little wolf." he called as soon as he saw the amount of blood surrounding the girls face

stiles held a hand to his mouth at the sight of his girlfriends almost lifeless body, he walked over to her and placed her on his lap as ryder wasted no time starting a spell to give the girl strength. 

seeing his best friend on her death bed in the arms of her first love reminded him of allison. 

with lydia in the hospital, kira with the skin walkers, malia looking for her mother and isaac helping his girlfriend. scott knew that the pack needed to be together if they wanted to stand a chance at fighting the dread doctors.
