Hey guys! This is my first MHA story, and have had this idea for a while, so I hope you enjoy!
(PS Part of my character was inspired by some other well know characters, I'll tell you them later.)

Details Regarding Quirk: Has four feathered wings. Is able to sense surroundings using vibrations released from her wings, more effective if touching the object. Her smaller wings send out minor vibrations, in about a 10ft radius

Backstory:
Mother died giving both to Hotaru, and Father blamed her for it, abusing her and turning to alcohol. When she was 12, she was sold off to the League of Villans by her father. Was experimented on and abused by scientists, until she was found by All Might, after an ambush on the hideout she was being kept in.
