After everything we had been through, I decided it was time to show Jungkook how much I appreciated him. He had been patient, kind, and understanding despite the turmoil in our relationship. It was my turn to make an effort and bridge the gap that had existed between us for so long.

I spent the entire day preparing for a romantic evening. I wanted it to be perfect. I arranged a dinner on the balcony of our apartment, where we could enjoy the city lights and the gentle evening breeze. I carefully set the table with our best dishes, candles, and a bouquet of red roses in the center. I chose a menu of Jungkook's favorite dishes, hoping to surprise him with a meal that would make him feel cherished and loved.

As the evening approached, I dressed in an elegant red outfit. Red was Jungkook's favorite color, and I wanted to look my best for him. I put on a simple gold necklace he had given me on our wedding day, letting it rest against the fabric of my dress. I styled my hair in soft waves and applied a touch of makeup, hoping to capture his attention and show him that I cared.

When everything was ready, I lit the candles on the table and took a deep breath, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. I glanced around the balcony, satisfied with how it looked. The soft glow of the candles created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the flowers added a touch of romance.

As I waited for Jungkook to come home, I couldn't help but feel a flutter of anticipation. I wanted this night to be special, a turning point in our relationship. I hoped that this gesture would show him how much I appreciated him and how committed I was to making our marriage work.

Finally, I heard the sound of the front door opening and Jungkook's footsteps as he entered the apartment. I took a deep breath, my heart racing, and walked to the living room to greet him. When he saw me, his eyes widened in surprise, and a smile spread across his face.

"Jisoo, you look amazing," he said, his voice filled with admiration.

I blushed, feeling a surge of happiness at his words. "Thank you, Jungkook. I wanted to do something special for you."

He took my hand and led me to the balcony. When he saw the setup, he was visibly touched. "This is beautiful, Jisoo. You did all this for me?"

I nodded, feeling a sense of accomplishment. "Yes, I wanted to show you how much I appreciate everything you've done for me. You've been so patient and understanding, and I wanted to make this night special."

We sat down at the table, and I served the dishes I had prepared. As we ate, we talked about everything and nothing, our conversation flowing naturally. The tension that had existed between us for so long seemed to melt away, replaced by a sense of connection and warmth.

After dinner, we moved to the edge of the balcony, where we could see the city lights twinkling in the distance. The night was calm, and the air was filled with the scent of the roses on the table. I leaned against the railing, feeling content and happy.

Jungkook stood beside me, his presence comforting and reassuring. He reached out and took my hand, intertwining our fingers. "Thank you for this, Jisoo. It means a lot to me."

I looked up at him, my heart swelling with affection. "You deserve it, Jungkook. You've been so good to me, and I want to be good to you too."

He smiled, his eyes filled with warmth. "I love you, Jisoo."

"I love you too, Jungkook," I replied, feeling the words resonate deep within me.

We stood there in silence for a moment, enjoying the peacefulness of the night. Then, Jungkook turned to me, his expression serious. "Jisoo, I want us to move forward together. I know we've had our struggles, but I believe we can make this work. I want to build a future with you."

Tears filled my eyes as I listened to his words. I nodded, feeling a sense of hope and determination. "I want that too, Jungkook. I'm ready to move forward with you."

He smiled and gently cupped my face with his hands. "Let's make a promise to always communicate and support each other, no matter what."

I nodded again, feeling the sincerity in his words. "I promise."

With that, he leaned in and kissed me softly. It was a gentle, tender kiss, filled with all the emotions we had kept inside for so long. As our lips met, I felt a sense of peace and happiness wash over me. This was the beginning of a new chapter in our lives, one filled with love, understanding, and a commitment to making our marriage work.

We spent the rest of the evening on the balcony, talking and laughing, sharing our dreams and hopes for the future. As the night drew to a close, I felt a sense of contentment and joy that I hadn't felt in a long time. I knew that there would still be challenges ahead, but I was confident that together, we could overcome anything.

As we went inside and got ready for bed, I couldn't help but smile, feeling grateful for the chance to start anew with Jungkook. We lay down together, our hands still intertwined, and I closed my eyes, feeling a sense of peace and happiness. He pulled me in his warm embrace, Hugging my waist and kissing my forehead.

This was our new beginning, and I was excited to see what the future held for us. Together, we would face whatever came our way, and I knew that our love would only grow stronger with each passing day.
