Everyone except Aegon(he's suffering from the worst hangover ever) do the confrontation
And here's the plan: Aemond(reluctantly) and Helaena invite Alicent to a private spot in the garden, and Jace and Luke do the same with Rhaenyra and here's how that went down.
"Why are we here?" Said Rhaenyra she was the first person to break the awkward silence. Alicent seems distracted by playing with her fingers.
"We have something we want to ask you about" Helaena starts "We know the truth, the entire truth so there's no lying now tell us why you hid it from us." She ends simply "What do you mean?" Says Alicent with a half scoff at the end "stop lying to us.." mutters aemond under his breath.
"We know that them and us are the product of your affair" jace decided he couldn't let Helaena go in the eye of the hurricane alone while everyone else watched.
At first the ladies deny ,deny,deny until they finally cracked, "fine! we were in love when you six were born, but people drift apart" Rhaenyra is the first of the 2 to admit the truth.
"But it's over" says alicent "permanently"finishes the other woman "okay, why did it happen though?" Luke states.
"We were desperately alone and in love that's all to it"Alicent seems to want this conversation to end already but it's too important.
"And you just thought lying would be the perfect solution?" says aemond for fucking once not keeping his words to himself.
"Yes." Alicent gets up in a huff leaving Rhaenyra alone, "look people drift apart, we love you guys okay?"says Rhaenyra started to hug(aemond rejected it) almost everyone and apologizing for their 'selfishness' her words.
Soon it was noticeable that they started hanging out around Rhaenyra more even aemond and Aegon(a little) warmed up to her until...
