WHEN AURELIE ARRIVED, Manon took her to the back, waving her hands over the fence. Princess Charlotte popped up, gaining a gasp from Manon's younger sister.
"Hi!" The child chirped, grinning.
"Hey, my sister, Aurelie here needs a little cheering up. Think you can do that for me?"
"Oh right, I heard Mummy, something about your boyfriend being awful," Princess Charlotte frowned. "Boys suck, Aurelie."
"Yeah, they do," Aurelie laughed softly.
"You're very pretty," the princess added, looking between the two sisters. "Both of you."
"Aww, thank you," Manon and Aurelie smiled at her.
"I should go. Nice talking to you!"
