The sun peeked through the curtains, gently nudging Jungkook awake. He lay there for a moment, the realization hitting him like a cold shower - today was the day Taehyung would leave. He felt a lump form in his throat. The idea of not seeing Taehyung every day, of missing his easy smiles and playful jokes, was too much to bear.

Jungkook tossed in bed, his mind replaying all the moments they shared. How could he have ever wanted Taehyung to leave? He had become so much more than just a houseguest; he had become a part of Jungkook's life, a part of his heart.

He finally dragged himself out of bed, his steps heavy. "I'm really going to miss him," Jungkook mumbled to the empty room.

Despite the mess with the fake account, Taehyung had shown nothing but kindness and love. Jungkook couldn't stay mad at him. After all, Taehyung was genuine and caring, and somehow, without even trying, he had won Jungkook over.

Jungkook stood outside Taehyung's bedroom, his heart fluttering with a mix of anticipation and nervousness. Should he knock? The question lingered in his mind, but after a moment's hesitation, he decided to go for it. His knocks were soft, barely audible, as if he was afraid to disturb the quiet that lay beyond.

He could feel the dryness in his mouth, prompting him to lick his lips as he awaited a response. Soon, Taehyung's deep voice resonated from the other side, "Door is open. Come in."

Taking a deep breath, Jungkook pushed the door open and entered. The room was filled with Taehyung's signature scent, a fragrance that always seemed to put him at ease. A smile crept onto his face, but it quickly faded when his eyes fell on the luggage. Taehyung was packing, and the reality of his leaving hit Jungkook hard.

Their eyes met, and though Taehyung's gaze was filled with unspoken words, Jungkook found himself at a loss for how to reply.

Taehyung broke the silence first. "Oh hey, Koo. What are you doing here? Need anything?" His voice was gentle, inviting.

Jungkook cleared his throat, trying to hide the waver in his voice as he approached. "A...are you packing already?" he asked, the sadness in his voice betraying his composed exterior.

"Hmm, it's almost done," Taehyung answered, looking over at his nearly packed suitcase before turning back to Jungkook with a soft expression. "Don't stand, please sit," he said kindly.

But sitting down felt too final, too much like acceptance of Taehyung's departure. Jungkook shook his head, offering a small smile instead. Taehyung seemed to sense his inner turmoil.

"You want to talk to me, right?" Taehyung asked, his voice carrying a knowing tone.

Jungkook's eyes widened slightly, surprised and relieved that Taehyung had seen through him. He had come with the intention to speak his heart, yet the words were stuck, heavy with emotion.
