CHAPTER 4:What Friends Are For.

The Party had made their way back into the watertown temple of law. Because the Archbishop of the supreme god knew goblin slayer personally along with his partners, they were given special access to the temple of law.
They sat down to consult with the one who could bring GS home. THE SWORD MAIDEN.
One of the gold ranked adventurers of the past that helped defeat the demonlord,gifted powerful magic and intellect like no other,if she couldn't find him, no one could.

Sword Maiden:I see. You say the temple had been destroyed after GS failed to retreat back with you?

High Elf:He had a plan to use the gate scroll to escape. but he didn't come in with us because a Goblin Champion grabbed him before it closed! Please, Lady Archbishop,we need passage back to the tower.

Sword Maiden:Do not fret,I can do more than just grant you passage, you know.

With a flick of her finger, a massive roar erupts the ears of all who heard it booming outside. Out of the waters already rushing towards the direction of the crumbled tower came her Pearl White Alligator Familiar.
Using this colossal beast, she could see through its eyes and control it herself, letting her travel around through the sewers,oceans, and other territory of watertown to protect it.

Sword Maiden:Now we can only hope that we find our Hero before it's too late. To find him, we must search for the mirror. That mirror contains forbidden magic that is supposed to be under lock and key thrown away to rot in the tower.

Dwarf Mage:And yet the crafty little monsters managed to break inside and use it for themselves. It's too out of character for them! It must be something else.

Priestess:GS told us that the green moon was the goblins home when he had been taken, and so did the moon. Where could it have gone?

Sword Maiden:Where else? Through the portal. Find the mirror or whatever is left intact, and we find our dear goblin slayer.

Priestess:Do you have enough power to fix it? Not that I doubt you, Lady Bishop.

Sword Maiden:More than enough. We will need only a few shards. I will reform it and create a portal to whatever realm he is in now, but it will only be temporary. We have one chance to do this. If we do not have any more than what we need....then...

Lizard Priest:I would like to add back to the goblins' discovery of the tower. How could they have made it across the water? Let alone manage to obtain and use such ancient artifacts?

Priestess:It's a mystery we must solve along the way! Something bigger than goblins is afoot. GS always said that the only way goblins will learn is if they are taught.
But by what? Who?! Ohhhh, what would GS do?

Charlie:THIS IS HOW YOU LEARNED TO TRUST PEOPLE?!?!

She pointed down at the sinners of hell down in the city streets fighting amongst each other. either for the sake of bloodthirsty sadism or control over parts of town. Let's just say the trust exercises didn't exactly go great. After trust falls,Angel recommended A BDSM dungeon of all places for quote unqoute trust building. GS, of course, insisted on leaving to go look for goblins, so to keep him to stay, Vaggie decided to make a new trust exercise. One that meant working together as a team and teach them the way she herself was taught to trust others apparently. But this wasn't what they had in mind....what was it exactly? Why, of course! Fighting demons in a literal warzone.
GS and The Hazbin Gang looked down from the top of the hotel to watch as demons fought for territory. Turf Wars were a constant among sinners cause power and control were the one way to make it up in the hiarchey of hell. GS could only sigh out of boredom. He had witnessed this times a plenty,almost every time he went outside in fact. It's amazing that he even got to walk around the sidewalk without getting ganged up on by thugs. The demons of the city truly don't know anything besides blowing each other brains out, did they?
