Some time after his supposed 'death', the Announcer would suddenly return, exactly the same as he was, acting as if absolutely nothing was amiss.

The less they questioned the how and the why of that whole thing, the better; if they started asking questions *now*, the Battle for Dream Island would end up dragging on for *longer*. Once one of them found that the speaker box was out and about once again, all the others would be gathered up to finally, *finally* put this show to an end.

"Okay, let's not delay things any further." The machine announced. "As I said before, the eliminated contestants will be voting on who will win the Battle for Dream Island." "Yeah, we know." Pen nodded. "You've already said that, like, 2,763 times already." "Shush. Sheesh." The box interrupted. "You're already so close to winning Dream Island." All eyes then turned to the box, and there was awkward silence for a moment or two. "Um, I meant to get a chance to win Dream Island. You know what I mean."

There were still some questions floating around about... *that*, but this competition had just about worn out its welcome at this point. Everyone just *can't* wait for the show to finally be over, for them to finally see the island, if it does exist.

"Snowball, you were the first to be eliminated, and so you will be the first to vote." The Announcer continued. "We will proceed from there." The mound of snow took a moment to register that, then slowly but surely looked at his options. "Well, I'm *definitely* not voting for Pen, the one that *betrayed* us!" The writing utensil was done with trying to reason with them by that point, and just shrugged it off. "And I'm also not voting for Teardrop, as she's already won plenty!" TD merely shook her head in response. "So I'll pick the taco... Person. I'm getting hungry." Taco frowned. "Thanks. I guess." She sarcastically remarked.

"Well, my vote isn't going to Pen either." Blocky began; the one with the cap started grumbling to himself in an effort to drown out this long, over-extended trope. "And *definitely* not to Taco. Are you kidding? Some *nobody* that jumped in from nowhere in the middle of everything getting to win something we've been battling for for so long?" He'd groan in anger just thinking about it. "Don't really like TD either, but at the very least I can respect her. That's where my vote's going." TD simply gave him a quick thumbs-up before returning to her usual mute self.

Getting a vote from Woody was gonna be... a task. Everyone stared at the piece of balsa, watching as he broke down further and further due to all the angry eyes judgmentally staring at him. "What's the hold-up?" The Announcer asked, hopping over to the contestants. "Oh. Well, the three of you should go up to him and see how he reacts." The Final Three didn't really know how that was gonna solve anything, but the speaker box's word was law. Pen took a step closer, and Woody immediately started panicking; Taco was up next, and he did much the same. Finally, Teardrop would approach him, and the piece of wood would fret, though only a little. "Well, it looks like Teardrop scares him the least." The box remarked. "His vote goes to her."

Flower had already made up her mind. "You're trash." She'd point to Teardrop. "You're trash." She'd reiterate, now pointing at Pen. "And you're *especially* trash!" She'd point an even more threatening finger at Taco. "I mean, are you *kidding*? I don't even get the slightest chance of winning Dream Island, and yet *you* get to have it, despite-" Taco let out a long, deep sigh. "I've heard plenty about you, you know?" She'd remark. "I've heard all about how you're the most insufferable out of the bunch. After finally seeing you in person, I can *definitely* see where they got that from." "GRR!" The one with the petals was just about to hit her, but the speaker box would then step in. "Come on. Vote for one of them." "Well, I don't wanna!" The 'beautiful' ones shouted. "I vote for none of them! I can do that, right?" "No, you can't." The Announcer answered. "*WHAT*? I get to finally do *one* thing, and I can't do it my way? You dumb machine!" She'd kick the box in frustration, who would retaliate by sending a glob of acid her way, melting one of her petals.
