All eyes were now on Teardrop.

The eliminated contestants *really* didn't know what to make of TD. They were largely straightforward with the others in the running. The opinion was heavily split for Pen, but at the very least everyone's thoughts on the matter were clear. And basically *nobody* wanted Dream Island at the hands of some nobody they knew nothing about that suddenly appeared out of nowhere and stole the spotlight. That'd just be ridiculous.

Everyone subconsciously hated that drop of water to some degree. She was always able to remain one step ahead of the rest throughout much of the competition, maintaining a comfortable lead while everyone else was forced to fight against each other and suffer as a result. There's also the fact that she didn't communicate with anyone (for obvious reasons). She didn't seem to care one bit about everyone that's been eliminated, and she never conveyed anything that could've potentially revealed some fatal flaw, some weakness or vulnerability that could've been used to bring her down. As everyone asked themselves about who was going to approach and try the futile task of 'talking' to Teardrop, they could all agree that they didn't, like, *hate* her; she was a rather rational, level-headed, calm and collected person. She had her... unique trait, but everyone knew deep down that, out of everyone else available, she was the most competent and capable of handling Dream Island. She's the one that could win with the least amount of competing, anyway. In an ideal world, maybe that *would* be the case; but this is a world that's completely driven by anger, jealousy, and envy, so that pretty much guarantees that TD wasn't gonna get her island without *one* more fight, in a more metaphorical sense.

And speaking *of* vain attempts to get any words out of her: just what was up with that? From the very start, ever since even before the Battle for Dream Island came to be, Teardrop had always been known as the silent one. Absolutely nobody had heard a single word escape from her mouth, nor did they hear even a mere inhale, exhale, or whatever other noise one could think of. All her thoughts, feelings, emotions, motives, all that remained locked up inside that little bundle of hydrogen oxide. Not even Golf Ball was able to pry even a single coherent thought out of her, and being annoying like that was her entire job.

As a result, everyone just *assumed* that Teardrop was calm and reasonable. All her actions seemed to have a justification to them, and she *was* able to make it to the Final Three for a reason. But that's just the thing: it's an assumption. It's based on rather concrete evidence, a sensible conclusion from known facts, but anyone that's been anywhere as of late would know that things in the world have tended to be more... *not* that. Teardrop, after all, had to be rather aggressive in order to stay in the game so long. What if that anger extended beyond the formalities of the competition? What if she had all sorts of negative thoughts about everyone else, all those that she had to push out of the way? What if she just wanted to have Dream Island for herself, to never be bothered again? What if she wanted to use it to cause yet more torture and agony? Only Teardrop knows Teardrop's ambitions and goals, and Teardrop isn't all too keen on saying what Teardrop wants.

Well, what exactly was stopping them from making those same assumptions and having those fears about the others? For whatever reason, everyone seemed to ignore Tennis Ball whenever he asked those questions.

And speaking *of* questions...

As everyone continued arguing over whether or not they should bother with talking to what was basically a brick wall- if that brick wall was actually a bunch of liquid that crashed into your life like a tidal wave and took everything from you -Barf Bag would manage to squeeze her way out of the crowd and knock on the door. For obvious reasons, TD was rather reluctant to let anybody in at the moment, but upon seeing that it was just her friend(?), she quickly opened the door and shut it as soon as Barfy was through.
