"Time for Cake at Stake."
The Announcer was once again back to hosting; the contestants, wanting to just go through the motions at this point, just accepted that as fact and moved on. After a boring, uneventful walk to the Cake at Stake place, the machine kept on talking. "Tennis Ball, Firey, Ice Cube, and Bubble; the four of you ended up in the danger zone after the last contest." He'd explain, just in case one of them somehow hit themselves in the head *really* badly and forgot what happened to them just a couple of hours ago. "Therefore, the voting will be between you four; I assume that dumb Golf Ball already explained to you how the new process of voting works, so let's just begin with it already." Tennis Ball raised an eyebrow. "Wait, what'd you just say about-"
"Teardrop, you have the most points." The Announcer announced. "You get to vote first." Immediately, the drop of water would point to Firey. "Huh?" The flame was flabbergasted. "But *why*? I didn't even do *anything* to you!" Leafy rolled her eyes. "Well, you kinda did." She'd remark. "Are you dumb, or something?" Coiny heckled from the bleachers. "You two are opposites! Of course she hates your guts! Though, then again, one doesn't need to be opposites with you for that." "Grr!" Firey tried to slap him, but the two were quite a ways away from each other, and neither of them wanted to budge from their seats.
"Well, I'm totally not gonna, like, vote for my pals." Match began. "And, like, Firey's way cool." "I'm not-" Firey immediately stopped himself, growing a bit blue upon realizing; Coiny could barely hold back his chuckling. "So, like, by process of elimination, I'm gonna vote for TB; he's *such* a big nerd and totally doesn't, like, have *any* idea how he'd run Dream Island." TB thought about raising a foot to bring up some objections, but ultimately decided against it; no point in arguing with the dumb, anyhow.
"Hm, tough choice." Pen remarked. "Ice Cube... we've had our differences, and, uh... the other things back during the old days." He'd scratch his head. "But we were on the same page for quite some time, so I can't really bring myself to vote for you." Icy smiled weakly in response. "Bubble, the same goes for you." The writing utensil continued. "We weren't on the same team, but I just can't think of a reason to vote for you." He'd pause for a moment. "That just leaves Firey and TB; one can burn me, and the other... uh..." He'd frown. "Has been giving me a few odd looks as of late. Been giving me the creeps. My vote goes to him, I guess."
"This one's simple enough." Pin scoffed. "Everyone else is part of my alliance." Leafy glanced at her for a brief second, but the thumbtack wouldn't notice. "My vote goes to Ice Cube." "What?" Icy was enraged. "Sorry, Icy." Pin's apology really wasn't all that honest. "No hard feelings; it's just... practical voting, you know?" The cube wasn't having it, though. "I want *REVENGE*!"
"Well, this one's *extremely* easy!" Coiny laughed. "Seeya around, Firey!" "GRR!" The flame once again tried to get up and give him a good hit, but for whatever reason he just... couldn't.
"Oh, uh... it's this." Pencil folded her arms. "Well, Icy and Bubble, definitely not; Firey, eh, same as before. TB..." She'd glare at him. "Yeah, I'm voting for TB; I definitely agree with what Match thinks." "Like, yeah!" The matchstick exclaimed.
"Well, you're all just being rude!" Leafy exclaimed. "What's so wrong with TB, exactly? He's smart, he does what he can, and he's done *plenty* despite not having any arms!" Pencil rolled her eyes. "Well, of course *you* wouldn't get it." The writing utensil remarked. "Hey!" The leaf became more infuriated. "That's just uncalled for; remember that you're in my alliance!" "Yeah, yeah, whatever." Pencil scoffed. "On paper, sure. But I'm only *bothering* with you because you somehow convinced Match to be on your side." Match and Leafy then exchanged concerned glances towards each other, but no words would be shared.
After a little while, the leaf grumbled. "We'll deal with this *later*." She'd state to nobody in particular. "Anyway; I'm voting for Firey! You still haven't apologized for what you did!" "What I..." Firey trailed off.. "What did I even *do*?" "Forgive him, Leafy." Coiny chimed in. "Everyone knows just how *dumb* Firey can be." "STOP THAT!" The fire grew louder. "Well, why don't you make me?" The coin creature mocked; Firey would indeed try again, but no dice.
