EP 17 Never alone🔞🔞 JDPP

Pond, Joong and Phuwin didn't know what to expect when Dunk said it was time. Phuwin noticed how Pond and Joong didn't dare to let Dunk out of their sight. He wondered what they were hiding from him. They didn't expect to drive so far out and for their car to drive into an illusion wall. Dunk was leading the way when they got out of the car. 

"nong Dunk!" Dunk was surprised when he heard Phi Boun's voice. He had hugged him in return.

"I thought you died along in the fire. Phuwin, you are alive too?" Pond and Joong tried to hold back the possessive growl. They had a short chat before Dunk introduced P'Boun to Pond and Joong. They were looking menacingly at P'Boun, which had no effect on him at all. He was the eldest of his clan for a reason. 

"P'For." Dunk greeted P'Force when P'Prem had looked for P'Boun. He too had hugged Dunk. Dunk introduced P'Force, the 9 tailed demon fox to the three of them. He later on introduced them to P'Great, the pack alpha of a dire werewolf pack from the north; P'Meen, the pack alpha for a pack of werelynx. The introduction went on. The three of them were curious as to how Dunk knew all of them. That's when P'Force chuckled. 

"It's never good news, so it's best that you don't know." That made Phuwin even more curious. 

"It's usually some dire situation." P'Force stopped at that when Dunk narrowed his eyes at him. He mimicked the gesture of zipping his mouth.  

The chatter died down when the footsteps of a large man walking in flanked by 2 large dogs akin to wolves beside him. Their edges were wisps of dark flame. Dunk had pushed them back when they were near. 

**Hellhounds.** Dunk whispered in their minds. 

"Dunk. There you are, it's been years. I can see why you didn't accept my offer." His eyes looked towards the three of them before he gave Dunk a once over. His gaze lingered a little too long for Joong's liking. 

" Khun Joss can have whoever you want if you so ask. Why would you want a lowly vampire like Dunk?" Dunk grinned.

"I can have anyone but you apparently. Now I know why. You have a big appetite, it seems." Dunk chuckled.

"You jest, khun Joss. How can I compete with Prince Gawin? He was worth the wait, wasn't he?" Joss huffed.  

"That was low, Dunk. Very low." Dunk grinned when Joss walked away. His hellhounds stared menacingly at the four of them before following Joss. Phuwin began to understand why Dunk wasn't intimidated by Pond when he first met him. Pond would be but a puppy compared to this Joss with the hellhounds flanking him. He could easily order them to tear them to shreds.   

"Alright, let's get to business. We have another member of the light with god complex, wanting to get rid of poor soulless folks like us, well mostly soulless." He eyed Pond, Joong and Phuwin before continuing his speech.

" But interestingly, he is no longer in the light?" Joss looked towards Dunk for confirmation. Dunk nodded his head.

"Don't we all wonder why... Care to share with the class, khun Pond and khun Joong, right? What is he really after?" Pond and Joong were surprised that he knew their name. All eyes were on them. They shone a little brighter than the rest due to the angelic part within them. Dunk looked at them curiously. He wondered why Joong didn't mention anything about this. 

"He is after the pandora box in the Asoka forest." It was Pond who responded. Dunk's eyes widen as he squeezed Phuwin's hand. Phuwin saw how Dunk paled at the mention of the Asoka forest. 

"Ambitious indeed. Wanting the power to slay the creator." Joss smirked. 

"The Asoka forest has its own mechanism to protect itself but he's been busy lately. Dipping his toes in the ancient dark arts. It's unsettling." Joss would know if there was such disturbance. It affects him directly. What he fears is how Jeff could well be rallying the forest defenses to help him before they know.
