EP 19 Asoka Forest

The ride to Asoka forest was quiet. The three of them watched as Dunk stared off into a distance. When Phuwin clasped his hand, he looked towards them and gave a soft smile. 

"Are we supposed to wipe out the defense system of the forest, P'Boun?" Dunk asked, wondering what angle they were supposed to go in with.

"If we can get them to cooperate with us, that would be great. If we can't, we'll wipe them out." Dunk clenched his fist at his words. Easier said than done. Their creatures are limitless. They don't really die. 

"We head directly for the forest guardian then." Dunk said firmly.

The three of them watched as Dunk lead the strategy meeting, instructing the plan of attack. Phuwin had never witnessed this side of Dunk through the time he had known him. He had always been the person observing while he led. He could imagine how the Tangsakyuen clan would have flourished under their shared leadership. He couldn't help but touch their mating bite. Pond and Joong were paying close attention to the monsters that Dunk described and wondered how he had survived fighting all of them alone. It was no wonder he feared to go back in. 

"Our aim is to get in here. There's where the forest guardian is. We'll give it a try to talk to him and avoid any deaths if possible. If not then it's plan B." Everyone nodded. When everyone dispersed, Dunk walked up to Pond and Joong. P'Boun was distracting Phuwin as per Dunk's request.

"P'Pond, P'Joong, all I ask is that you keep Phuwin alive." Joong sighed at what Dunk said. He wondered how he can break this habit of Dunk.  

"We'll make sure we all walk out of it alive." Pond said firmly with his iris flashing violet, giving Dunk no room to argue.

"Please stay with Phuwin then." He knew that both of them couldn't argue with that statement.

"Stay with P'Pond and P'Joong." Dunk reminded Phuwin once more before they penetrated the forest. While they can't be affectionate with Pond and Joong, there was no restriction between the both of them since the vampire community recognizes them as mates. Phuwin laid a kiss on Dunk's lips. 

"I will. Promise that we'll walk out together." Dunk nodded his head as he laid his forehead against Phuwin's. They had quietly clasped Pond and Joong's hand before walking into the forest with the rest.

The moment they walked in, there was no time for process. Dunk threw a ball of holy fire at the wargs that were incoming. 

"P'For!!" Phi Force's 9 tails fanned behind him before they strike forward, wrapping around the wargs before they could do any harm. Dunk urged the rest of them to move forward, leaving P'Force along with a few others to guard this area. The same strategy remain, hoping to get to the forest guardian as quickly as they can. It was creatures after creatures from spiders, goblins, unseelies, satyrs and wraiths. It was unending. Phuwin began to wonder how Dunk survived and got out of the forest. 

Just as they were fighting off dozens of wyverns that came out of nowhere, a huge hell dragon grabbed Dunk by the shoulder. Joong had taken chase the moment he saw it but the hell dragon was fast. Phuwin had quickly climb onto Pond's back before he took flight, following tightly behind them. 

Dunk was flung onto the ground, he slid across the floor and landed at the feet of someone.

"You survived, you gained the right to leave. So, what business brings you back here?" Boss' eyes narrowed when he looked at Dunk. The three of them couldn't reach Dunk with the forcefield blocking them.

"Someone is after the Asoka forest." Boss chuckled at Dunk's words. 

"Isn't it you, with the army you brought?" Dunk huffed
