Today is the day I go back to school? The day I have to face reality and the day I have to face Ezra, I wore a white long sleeve crop top with low rise jeans and my hair curled down my back and military blue Jordan 4's.
Grabbing my car keys and my backpack I jump in my car with a sigh and throw my things into the back seat, the school decided to give everyone assigned parking spots so mine was right in front of Ezra and I knew I would have to see him before my day even started.
Pulling into the school i sigh as I turn into the student parking lot, I see his car and I see him, as I watch him laugh and look down at other girls with listing want to throw up but I hold it back and drive to my parking spot.
He spots me before I park tho, he turns to my car then quickly turns back around, tears form in my eyes at the sight but i push them back and park my car.
I prepared myself for this, I knew I would have to see him again and again but I didn't think it would hurt this much.
Turning off my car and grabbing my things from the back I open the door and step out, a couple people look at me and smile and I smile back even though it's fake.
I have to walk past him, closing my eyes I take a deep breath and look down at my phone as I walk past them.
"Yo Valentina" One of his friends shout and I freeze turning around and staring at him, I feel Ezra's eyes burn into the side of my head but I ignore him.
"Yes Michael?" I ask sweetly "You look pretty today" he winks and I mentally cringe "oh, thanks?" I say about to turn around and walk away again but he grabs my arm.
"How about you stay with us until first lesson starts" he speaks "I don't thin-" i get cut off "no no, come on" he says dragging me towards the car.
When we reach the car everyone looks at us and how Michael is holding onto the side of my waist "hello everyone, this is Valentina" he speaks and I give everyone a fake smile.
"I'm pretty sure you all know her though because the Coma and all but anyway" that makes me smile, I love dark humor.
"Why the fuck are you guys just standing there, introduce yourself" Micheal speaks and I look down and squeeze my eyes shut, standing next to him is making me fucking crazy.
"Hey, I'm Kayla" a pretty blonde girl says going into jungle and I hug her back with a tight lipped smile.
"Courtney" another girl says shaking my hand with disgust and I scrunch my face up at her giving her a dirty look "you probably already know me tho" she laughs and I look around.
"I don't" i mutter and she freezes scoffing and turning around "Ezra, introduce yourself" and that's when I finally turn around to meet him eyes, his gaze softens instantly and so does mine.
"I'm Ezra" he says shaking my hand and I give him the fakest smile, I see him try to sneak a glance at my arm but I pull away.
"I'm gonna go" I tell Michael, "I'll go with you" he says and I nod as we begin walking away from everyone else.
"What's going on with you and Ezra" he says and I pause, my feet stop because how did he know about me and Ezra.
"What do you mean?" I ask "I see the way you guys softened when u met eyes and I saw the way he couldn't stop looking at you before you even got out of your car" he speaks with a low giggle.
"We have past that's all" I say and he nodded "that's fine, if your not ready to tell me I understand" he shrugs laughing and I smile.
Suddenly, we are standing in front of the door to chemistry class "bye" Michael says and I wave back as I sit down in my chair and watch as girls glare at me for talking to Michael.
Michael is apart of the football team and almost everyone on it is hot and gets all the girls, but mostly it's just Ezra, Zach, and Michael.

Three hours later
The bell rings for lunch and everyone in the class instantly stands up and runs out of the classroom, my eyes fall on Michael who is waiting at the door impatiently.
When did he even get here.
"You're the fastest person I've ever met, wait, are you the flash?" He jokes and I flick him off "why are you even here?" I ask.
"Ouch, but you're eating lunch with us today" he says passing the lunchroom doors and i furrow my eyebrows.
"Where?" I ask "raising canes" and that right there is something that makes me so excited to the point where I almost jump for joy.
Memories of what happened last time I went to raising canes start coming back but I push them away and follow Michael outside to see everyone else there plus Zach.
"Yo Valentina," Zach yells hugging me, me and Zach talked on the first day of school and he said I was now one of his best friends but he don't know he was serious.
"Hey" I say hugging him back softly, I love all the hugs I'm getting today "hey" Kayla says smiling at me and I smile back but it drops when I turn to see Ezra and Courtney kissing not knowing everyone is right here.
"Hey love birds, we're leaving" the kiss instantly ends and Ezra's eyes meet mine, I don't even recognize him anymore.
