Chapter 12: Family Fusion

Liam

We were all at the school, we were helping set up for the talent show later that evening. Brody and Aiden are singing a song that their dad taught them from when they were kids which I thought was sweet so Jason and I thought we would help set up as we weren't participating. Calvin and Levi were putting the sign up.
"There." Calvin said.
"Nice job guys." I said as Brody and Aiden walked up and I kissed Brody and Jason went over to Aiden.
"I hear Presto Change o is making an appearance at the talent show tonight." Calvin said.
"You guys doing anything?" I asked.
"Me? No I am going to have fun watching." Levi said.
"Yep same." Jake said.
"Me too." I said and Jason nodded.
"Brody and I are performing a song our dad wrote for us when we were kids." Aiden said.
"Come on we better go practise, I am not sure if I remember all the words." Brody said as he kissed me before walking off with Aiden. He messaged me what music room they were in so I could go in there later and we could talk.

I decided to hang out with Jason as both our boyfriends were busy and we thought we could catch up.
"So 10 years is a lot to catch up on huh?" Jason said.
"Yeah it is." I said.
"So, how was it being kidnapped?" He asked.
"Honestly it sucked, I found out that my parents didn't die in a car accident and that Galavanx was the one that caused it." I said.
"No way." He said.
"Yeah that was a rough time." I said.
"Brody got you through it though?" He asked.
"Oh yeah definitely." I said and he smiled and the others came bursting through the doors.
"What's wrong?" Jason asked.
"There is a monster attack do you know where Brody and Aiden are?" Sarah asked.
"Yeah he said what music room they were in." I said as I led them to there. We all ran in as they were in the middle of singing.
"Ripcon is attacking the city." Sarah said.
"Ripcon? He is tough, the last time we fought, Liam and I barely got away." Brody said.
"Um Mick what about that new star you have been working on?" Calvin asked.
"The Ninja Fusion star? Well it is almost complete it will harness the power of all 8 power stars." Mick said.
"But we still need to add my gold energy." Levi said.
"And my orange energy." Jake said.
"Right." Mick said.
"We will buy you some time while you guys go back to the base and finish the fusion star I am sorry about this Aiden I will see you later okay?" Brody said.
"No problem." Aiden said.
"I'm so sorry." I said.
"Just be safe guys." Jason said and I hugged him before we then ran out to go after Ripcon. We then morphed when we saw Ripcon. We then went forwards to attack the basher bots.
"Brody! Liam you guys go and try to stop Ripcon." Calvin said.
"We will handle the basherbots." Preston said.
"You got it!" Brody said as we went forward to Ripcon. We then started fighting him.
"I have been looking forward to this." He said.
"Not as much as we have." I said.
"I have always hated you ratbaits." He said.
"Feelings mutual." Brody said.
"Yeah!" I said as we attacked him he then pushed us back and we fell down the ground. He didn't give us a chance to recover before he is coming at us again and we tried blocking him as best as we could. He then knocks out swords out of our hands.
"Our swords." I said as he swept us off our feet and we fell.
"You're defenceless now." He said as he went to attack us but two swords stopped him.
"Woah." I said.
"They aren't your swords," He said.
"No they're ours." Jake and Preston said.
"Thanks Preston." Brody said.
"Thanks Jake!" I said. We then grabbed the swords and we were back in the game again.
"Sooner or later I will destroy you both." He said.
"Oh yeah?" I asked.
"Nothing you can do can stop that." He said.
"Nothing?" I asked.
"How about two swords?" Brody said as we both grabbed our own swords again. I then felt this surge of pain.
"Ahh." I said.
"Liam." Brody said.
"Get him!" I said and Brody did that until he left.
"Liam!" Sarah said and I demorphed.
"I'm fine." I said.
"You sure?" He asked and I nodded.
"Come on lets get back." Brody said and we ran back to the base as we got closer we heard fighting we entered and saw Aiden's and Jason's chests and they were robots.
"Aiden!" Levi said.
"Jason they are robots!" Jake said.
"What?" I whispered and Brody and I were shocked.
"Do something!" Levi said. The others then blasted the two of them and then this green stuff went out of the robots and into the Jake and Levi and they both lowered the bit of mental that they had. The others ran forward to help Jake and Levi while Brody and I stared in disbelief at "Aiden and Jason"
"Levi , Jake we got you." Calvin said.
"This cant be real." Brody said.
"Jason?" I whispered.
"You will all pay." They both said before they were destroyed.
"Levi, Jake are you okay?" Preston asked.
"He wasn't my brother." Brody said.
"Or Jason, they were just one of Galavanaxs robots." I said.
"Jake and I caught him trying to take the ninja steel." Levi said and Brody and I were just in shock.
"I can't believe this." I said.
"Hey." Brody said as tears were in my eyes.
"I thought I had Jason back Brody I thought..." I choked.
"Hey." Brody said and hugged me.

We were now in the base:
"How could a robot have all those memories?" Brody asked.
"No one knew that song other than us and Aiden and Jason." I said.
"I don't know guys." Calvin said.
"Guys Ripcon has returned to the city and this time he has gone giant." Sarah said.
"Are you guys feeling okay?" Calvin asked Levi and Jake.
"I am still a little dazed but I can fight." Levi said.
"Yeah me too." Jake said but as he stood he stumbled and Levi caught him.
"I think you are staying here with me." I said.
"Let's take Ripcon down once and for all." Brody said.
"I'll be back." Levi said and he kissed Jake's head before they all walked back.
"Hey it isn't so bad." I said.
"Yeah I guess not." He said.
"You okay?" I asked.
"Not really my head is pounding." He said and I sighed and gave him some medication.
"Here." I said and he smiled gratefully.

They came back and they said that they had destroyed Ripcon. I was with Brody backstage as he was preparing to sing his song alone without Aiden.
"I can sing with you." I offered.
"Nah it is fine." He said and I nodded. Soon Preston's show was over and he introduced Brody.
"Summer Cove High welcome to my friend Brody!" Preston said and he made himself diappear off the stage.
"Are you going to be okay you know uh performing on your own?" Mick asked.
"We can't give up Mick I am going to go out there and make Jason and Aiden proud," He said before walking on the stage.
"I love you." I mouthed. He then sat down.
"Uh my dad wrote this song for my brother and I when we were just little kids to remind us that even though our mum was gone we were still a family. I hope that one day I can sing it with my brother Aiden but until I find him i will sing it alone." He said and he started singing and I was singing along quietly in my head. Levi then starts singing and he stepped on stage and Jake was next to me singing the words along as well and my eyes widened. Jake and Levi were Aiden and Jason. Brody and Aiden were hugging and I turned to Jake and hugged him tears in my eyes.
"Jason." I whispered and hugged him.
"Liam." He breathed. I then went in stage and hugged Levi/Aiden as well.
"Brody Liam we remember now we remember it all." Levi said.
"It's you you're my brother." Brody said.
"Yeah." Levi said and they hugged again.
"And you're Jason." I said and I hugged him again as well.
"God I missed you." I said.
"I missed you too so much." He said.
"I thought.." I started.
"I know it's okay." He said and hugged me again and I sighed.

Later on:
We were in the forest and Brody was sitting next to Levi and Brody was sitting next to him and I was next to Brody leaning my head on his shoulder while Jake/Jason was sitting next to Levi.
"So I have been thinking about it I guess that when odious kidnapped us and put our memories into her robots she put false ones into us too." Levi said.
"And that is why our memories were so messed up." Jason said.
"But now we remember everything." Levi said.
"So when did you guys change your names to Levi Weston and Jake Smith?" Brody asked.
"Well dad told us to hide so we changed our names to make sure we couldn't be found then our music and his guitar skills caught on and pretty soon everyone knew who Levi Weston and Jake Smith was." Levi said.
"We were hiding in plain sight." Jason said.
"How are we going to explain that Brody and Liam got kidnapped by space aliens and Aiden and Jason went into hiding and change their names?" Calvin asked.
"Maybe we don't bring any of that up and keep calling you guys Levi and Jake?" Preston suggested.
"Yeah that is probably a good idea." Brody said.
"So while you guys were off travelling the world we were traveling the universe." I said.
"But now we are finally back together and that is what is important." Jason said. Sarah then started singing the song again and we all joined in and had a laugh.

Later on:

"Hey Jase?" I asked and he turned and looked at me.
"Yeah?" He asked.
"The others want to keep calling you Jake but can I call you Jason?" I asked.
"Sure." He said and I hugged him again and then the tears start and before I can stop it I am crying.
"Hey it's okay." He said.
"I'm sorry I just thought I would never see you again." I said.
"I'm here tho." He said.
"I know I just think it's going to take some time." I said and he nodded before hugging me again.
