Prologue - Get Isekai'd

Alli just came home from school. Brown, straight hair, violet earbuds, a purple-pinkish shirt, a dark pink hoodie with strings, black pants, basically her casual outfit. Her school life is very... ordinary. Alli isn't a social worm, and usually spends all her time to herself at school, which is probably understandable since she's mostly an A & B student. Immediately rushing to her room, still keeping her stoic, slightly annoyed resting face, Alli felt a sense of relief, like a weight had been lifted off her back. She, like every other person when they want to relax, was laying on her bed, putting on some earbuds and playing lo-fi beats. She usually does this when she wants to relax, even if it was for only a few minutes or an hour if she loses track of time. However, this relaxation moment was very short-lived, interrupted by her mom calling her down for dinner together, something that didn't happen much with Alli, yet she loved these moments with her mother.

As Alli calmly strolled down the hallway, her own thoughts were still somewhat jumbled, from heavy amounts of schoolwork to her not-so-great social life, she just wanted a little time to destrain herself from all the burden.

Alli: *sigh* hey, mom

Alli said to clear the silence, though she didn't mind silence either, yet her mother, Ellie, did.

Ellie: *turns around to face Alli* oh! hey Alli-

Ellie, while seated, glanced at Alli's somewhat slouched, lazy posture, noting her tiredness in her mind

Ellie: ...school got ya tuckered out? hmm..?

Alli looked up with a slightly annoyed expression, but still responded

Alli: ...y-yeah, i guess

Ellie looked at Alli with an "i'm not buying it" face, while Alli sat down to eat the already plated food

Alli: ..i-i'm serious, mom!

Ellie chuckled and tried to initiate some small talk about her.

Ellie: ...soo, how is school these past weeks? I don't get much time to speak with you, yknow...

Alli: school's... well, it's alright. Just getting crumpled over work, yknow-

Ellie could sense her off-putting tone, almost like something was on her mind.

Ellie: are you.. okay, Alli? you seem lost in thought..?

Alli: ..yes, mom

Alli responded with a slightly annoyed tone, though she never was the talkative type anyways. Still, Ellie decided to drop the topic.

Both Alli and Ellie ate peacefully, yet Alli still couldn't get her jumbled mindset off her head. Her mind felt somewhat off-set, paying attention to anything else than what she was doing. Tired of this, Alli simply decided to get a little fresh air.

Alli: hey mom, i'm just gonna... walk down the street for a bit, kay?

Ellie was a bit startled by Alli's sudden notice of leaving, she almost never left the house on her own will. A questioning expression showed on her face, and Alli noticed this very quickly.

Alli: ...im not gonna go... uh- have a make out session with anyone or something! i just-

Alli paused for a second, almost hesitating to say the real reason why she wanted to leave
