Chapter 8: A Hostile Fire

Hours later...

The lights were turned off again. Eggman was sitting in the chair and laughing maniacally as the first time.

"I've been listening your babblings and I heard that Sonic left Freedom Fighters! Is this really true, my 'hearts'?"

Now, there was a fear. They were got well sucked.

Snively: "Uhh... Yes sir, that's all true, I swear in front of you."
Morpho: "Yes it is, sir. It's true that Sonic left that "princess"'s side... Isn't this beautiful, huh?"
Snively: "Yes sir, you can trust to us now--"
Eggman: "I can see that you got fixed at last, Colin."
Then, Dr. Eggman turned on the lights, and looked at them.
"But the thing isn't your improvements right now. Now, the thing is defeat that blue hedgehog, kidnap the princess, take all of Chaos Emeralds and conquer Serfea.

This is a very big business. We better kill them all instead of get flee all over the Mobius! Now, it's time to be the one."

Morpho: "Uhh, what we gonna do, sir?"
Eggman: "Very nice question: hours later, we'll steal the emeralds first, then we'll bring the Anhilator back and bam, Serfea will be destroyed! You know what will happen after that nice moment actually."
Snively: "Now, I started loving my business--"
Eggman: "Of course you will, and you'll do it by hard work.

Now, show yourselves."

At Serfea...

Suena was awaken since a few hours for Sonic. He was feeling himself not great.

And after minutes, Sonic was woke up in Suena's arms.

Suena realized him fast and: "Good morning, I see you didn't sleep very well."

Sonic: "Yeah, I am. I saw many nightmares at last night."

Suena: "Are you alright?"

Sonic: "Yeah, I'm alright..."

Suena: "What did you see in your nightmare?"

Sonic: "I saw you killed and Eggman was killing me..."

It was shocking for her.

Suena: "Is he really cruel?"

Sonic: "Yeah, he's very evil."

Suena sighed and: "Well, sometimes, we really need to cry to throw all of our pain, the nightmares, the traumas. So, it's alright to cry about our bad memories. But, probably he hurted you a lot, I think."

Sonic went silent for this.

Suena: "My mother was visited Overland and she always says that it's a very bad country.

My mother, before she was a queen, she lived in Overland, because she was born in Overland and she was at a very dangerous place. My grandfather, who's name is Alyna, was truly dealing with the "unknown place" issues.

When my grandfather was trying to deal with Overlord, they were in a fight. At first, Charlemagne, the Overlord of the country threated him to ruin the entire place. After he refuse to do this and repating his peaceful offers, Ministry of Justice, Colin, had taken it too far and he threated him more, such as defeats and deaths.

My grandfather was really a great person on deals, but under Overland's treats, he couldn't stand to their threats. And as a result, he still refused their messes, he got a slap from that damned idiot. He got through of restrictions, some kind of threats, and even the slaps from barberic ones.

But, he couldn't give up and he successfully made it.

After that, He got a son named Sekai, and Sekai has married with my mother, Leila. Actually, I'm also a half-Serfian, half-Overlander. But, I don't have 4 fingers, I have 5 of them & I'm healthy.

So, Sonic... You shouldn't give up of yourself. It's okay to cry, but you should be stronger."

Suena was right, Sonic was needed to do this for Mobius.

Sonic: "I guess you're right, can I hug you?"

Suena: "Of course, dear."

But while they were hugging each other, Eggman has burned the forest. Tails, Knuckles and Amy were woke up in a fear.

Tails: "What's happening?"

Amy: "I'm so scared!"

Knuckles: "Guys..."

The forest was in fire...

Sonic: "Eggman... I knew it."

Suena: "Calm down, everyone! Please be calm and keep going. I know that guy is annoying you, but we really should be calm."

Sonic: That guys doesn't understand anything, so?

Tails, Knuckles & Amy: "Yeah!"

Suena: "Well, I guess it's the real time to handle this fire."
