I am 100% certain that Ford would absolutely love Mabel Juice and drinks it every morning instead of coffee, because, while it is highly dangerous, it works way better than coffee.
And Ford has an iron stomach thanks to eating weird food on the other side of the portal to survive, so should he accidentally ingest some glitter or eat a plastic dinosaur, it would literally do nothing to him.
