At Sunset

Chelsea's P.O.V.

"Come on, there is a reason we are in our swimsuits," Rhea says, walking towards the doc. "Admit it, we weren't getting wet, you just wanted a better look at my body, you could've just asked," I say, smirking. "I mean, you are sexy, but I have a plan," She says, jumping into the water and walking towards the kayak. "Did Damian say you could use his kayak?" I ask, jokingly. "This may be King's Cabin, but it's my Kayak," She says, flipping it over. "Why are you flipping it?" I ask. "Oh, cause it's a special kayak. It has a panel so the wires don't get wet," She says. "What wires?" "These ones," She says, turning on the kayak. It glows over the water.

"Ok, that's cool," I say

"Ok, that's cool," I say. "Yeah. I really thought it would be cool. I tend to do this when i'm stressed. If we are at the cabin i'll go for a late night kayak with my music to calm me down. I'd always tell Damian though," She says. 'She's showing me her safe place? She trusts me with her safe place? Wow...' "Does it help?" I ask. "Yeah, it's where I can go to think. I figured I could share it with someone. Someone pretty, sweet, and a very interesting music choice," She says, bringing the kayak to the doc. "Do you need help getting in? Where it moves?" She asks, standing in the kayak with her hand out. "That's probably smart," I chuckle. She helps me into the kayak and puts our life vests on. "I'm a strong swimmer but King still worries and wants us all safe," She says. "You should take a picture and send it to him. Say : See, we have our life jackets. Or something sassy. I don't know," I say. "So you really are a brat," She says. "Me?! Never. It's not in my top 3," I say, giggling because it's number 4 on my bdsm test. "What type of math is that? Chelsea Math?" She asks. "The best math, if you ask me," I say, being exactly what I am denying. I know I'm a brat, but it's fun to keep her on her toes.

She rolls her eyes and we take off on the water. "Do you want me to row too?" I ask. "No, just sit there and look tasty," She says. I blush. Why does she need to constantly make me blush? "I guess I can do that," I say, wrapping my arms around her middle from where I'm sitting behind her, resting my head in the crook of her neck. She continues to row for about 20 more minutes, my music playing. It's really calm, has a romantic feel too. "This is nice," I say. "It really is. It's nice not being alone out here," She says. "Well, I'm here. If you want to be alone but not alone, I'll gladly accompany you quietly. I just like knowing people are ok," I say. It's true. The amount of times I've sat with Sash and Nova and just let them cry it out while holding them, they always seemed better for it in the end.

"I'll keep that in mind. We've been out here a while. We should go back, get comfortable and all of that," Rhea says, quickly changing the subject. But the way she changed the subject wasn't like she was upset. She seems excited about something. She rows us back to the doc, helping me out before putting the kayak away. "You go in and get comfortable, I'm going to get the fire going on the porch," She says. "Ok," I say. I go in and take a quick shower, changing into a cute bra and panty set and pajamas.
