Yuu owed it to Grim for getting rid of the ghosts.
It would've been a pain for Yuu to do it, especially since they don't have any magic.

The headmaster's eyes widen In disbelief at such a question and Grim as well seemed surprised that Yuu would keep their sorta promise-like statement from earlier.

Crowley nodded his head as if he was thinking, cause that made sense. Yuu was magic less and couldn't possibly get rid of the ghosts nor did The headmaster want to be interrupted with complaints, so Grim would be a good Fit instead of him having to get rid of them constantly.
