✦ First Day Of School ✦

Yuu didn't remember falling asleep,
nor getting into a room at all.

Their eyes fluttered opened and took in the change of scenery.
The room was filled with cobwebs and dust that scattered across the Furniture, Windows, walls, and floors. The bed was somewhat manageable and looked clean enough.

When did I clean it?

There were blue curtains framing the windows and 2 noticeable mirrors. One was bronze and seemed to have fallen on the floor while the other was much bigger and was much more dirty so the color was unrecognizable. There was a cuckoo clock that was tilted on the side, it layed next to the Big mirror. A fire place was beneath the mirror as well. A drawer chest sat neatly on the side of the bed while a few more things were scattered across the room. It was odd but Yuu could see themselves getting used to it, eventually.

"Hee hee hee.... Aren't the two of you supposed to be off cleaning the school today?

3 Pale Figures had made themselves known once more.

Oh, they're back. Greaaat.

"Mmmmmm... nngh... five more minutes, Ma...

I forgot he was here.

The former Rodent seemed to had Gotten Cozy as well. He layed on the foot of the bed which Yuu had formerly resided in.
He was curled up in a way that resembled a cat. A fire cat, but a cat nonetheless.

"Go ahead, sleep the day away. And you might not eeever hafta wake up again."

The other ghost agreed with his colleague Statement.

"Just like us! Ah ha ha ha ha ha!"

Hilarious, I almost forgot to laugh

That Instantly woke Up Grim and his blue eyes widen in shocked as he got a good look of the translucent figures before him.

"Myah?! The ghosts are back! Hey, Yuu, up and at 'em!

Man, I just woke up. What happened to, "good morning", or , "hi!" "Hello", or, "how are you?".

It didn't take much effort but luckily They quickly got rid of the ghosts. Grim's magic and Yuu's yelling sure did make it somewhat easy.

However, One ghost still stood.

"So I hear you'll be living here from now on? Hope you like pranks as much as well do! Hya ha ha!"

The ghost quickly Disappeared before Grim could shoot more fire.

"We gotta get rid of those things for good!" Grim pouted.

A Daunting figure Appeared seemingly out of nowhere. The headmaster.

It seems to be a habit of his.

"Good morning, Yuu. Did you sleep well?"

Atleast he said good morning and asked How my sleep was. Grim could never.

"I-"

Grim quickly cutted off Yuu before they could even form a word.

"Not at all! When I sprawled out on the bed, the mattress fell right through the frame! Exactly how ramshackle IS this dorm? And worse yet, we got woken up by ghosts!"

Okay karen.

"Well! I slept great! Thanks for asking ME headmaster"

Crowley too ignored Grim's complaints.
It was better to accept the positive than the negative, less work for him.

"I'm delighted to hear that you've adjusted so well, despite being sent to another world!"

Crowley then seemed to remember what he was here for.

Ehem

" Now, speaking of moving on, let us discuss your assignments for today."

Already?

"Your job today is to clean the campus. That said, the campus is vast, and without magic, it'd be quite the herculean task to clean it all-"

Then why don't you , oh idk, get someone WITH magic instead of getting a former homeless orphan to do a job You can clearly Pay someone else to do. You would think such a prestigious magic school would have a magic janitor who can actually clean the entire campus.

"-Therefore, today I'll have you focus on the area spanning from the front gates to the library. Now, Yuu...-"

It's always the library..

"- I do expect that you'll keep a close eye on Grim, lest he cause another incident like yesterday"

Acting like it was my fault. It was YOUR magic holding him in place, maybe if you weren't so distracted, he wouldn't have gotten out.

"I can't promise much.."

Crowley didn't seem to like their Hesitation.

"Do not fail me. You may take your lunch in the cafeteria. I eagerly await the fruits of your labor."

Hrmph

"I ain't cleanin' nothin'! I'm here to study magic so I can be blastin' off spells left and right! Like BAM! POW! FWOOM!"

I'm really starting to detest Cats..

"Maybe after we clean, we can study in the library"

Hrmph

A/N: Well, fonts and copy and paste for the dialogue seemed to not be working for me anymore so Writing will take awhile longer than I used too. I was supposed to Post this a long time ago but I thought my Editing wasn't working. I guess I have to do it by hand now.
Hopefully will see Arian soon. Prob not until Book 1 starts though.
