Young love (a sequel to fall in love)

4 (5 years old)

"The jury has decided on KT having full custody of indigo" The judge says banging his gavel. Morgan's head hits the table and he starts to sob. His mom lesli crying with him. "Huh? I can't see him anymore? This can't happen" Indy says clinging onto the chair and crying.

"Cmon your making a fool of yourself" KT says snatching him by his arm and dragging him out of the courtroom.
Bailey waited outside of the courtroom to support Morgan. Morgan walks out tears falling from his cheek as he watch's KT drive away with his kid.

"I'm sorry man" Bailey says walking out next to him. "How did they even decide on that? They watched her hurt him" Morgan says hopping in the truck. "She hurt him?" Bailey asks. "Yeah he was holding onto the chair crying because he wanted to be with me, she jerked him by his arm" Morgan replies.

"She's crazy dude" Bailey says. "You don't have to tell me! I know! Poor Indy has to live with her" Morgan replies.

Two weeks later
Luke decided to secretly take Indy to see his dad because he had been missing him so much "Hey buddy how are you?" Morgan asks indy. "Not good dad mom is always yelling and I miss you" Indy replies hugging his dad. "I'm sorry bud there's nothing I can do until the next court date" Morgan replies.

"I wish you could have me all the time" Indy says. "I do to bud, Dakotas been missing you" Morgan says as Luke leaves them to spend time together. Morgan knocks on Baileys door and Dakota opens it. "Hey I brought your friend" Morgan says watching Dakotas eyes light up as she hugs him.

"Indyyy!!!" Dakota says hugging him. "Kota!!!" Indy says hugging her back. "What are you here for?" Dakota asks.
"Luke brought me to see you guys" Indy replies. "I'm glad your back!!" Dakota says. "Where's your mom and dad Dakota?" Morgan asks.

"Mama was upset so daddy went to comfort her" Dakota replies. "Oh we better go then" Morgan says walking away. "Dad I wanna play baseball but mama said I couldn't" Indy says. "I would let you but I don't have control"
Morgan replies.

Luke walks in. "Hey I've gotta take him before KT finds out I'm sorry man" Luke says as they walk to the car.
"Thanks for bringing him, you call me if she does anything else" Morgan says looking indy in the eyes as they drive off.

In the tour bus with Bailey, Sadie, And Dakota.
"Mama what's for supper?" Dakota asks. "Your dad's favorite chicken Alfredo" Sadie replies. "My favorite too! I saw Indy earlier" Dakota says. "Hm? When?" Sadie asks. "Morgan brought him to the door today" Dakota replies.
"I thought his mom had him" Sadie says.

Bailey walks in and hugs Dakota. "Hey hun" Bailey says sitting at the table next to Dakota. "Bailey can I ask you something?" Sadie asks. "Yeah what's up?" Bailey replies. "Do you think Morgan will get custody of Indy?" Sadie asks. "I hope so she treats him like crap"

Dakota didn't understand why she never saw Indy. After all she was only 5 years old.

In court once again.
"Your honor, my son is being treated poorly living with KT, he has told me about how she yells and hurts him I will comply with the restraining order but I want my son out of that environment" Morgan argues. "Statement noted ms smith your argument?" The judge says.

"I have not yelled nor hurt my son in any way, he is treated well with me and my boyfriend and I believe he is not safe with Morgan" KT says sitting down. "Since we can't decide we all think Indigo should share his opinion" the judge says.

KT hangs her head in shame knowing indy was about to tell the complete truth. "Mr indigo are you being yelled at or hurt at your mothers house?" The judge asks. "Yes sir" Indigo replies. "What about at your dads? Does he yell or hurt you?"

"No sir" Indy replies. "Mr Wallen any arguments?" The judge asks. "No sir" Morgan replies as he prays they will listen to Indy. "Ms smith?" The judge says. "As much As i regret this... No sir" KT says looking down.
"Case closed, Mr Wallen now has full custody of Mr indigo wallen As of today, Ms Smith you are now required to pay child support and any extra funds or charges you are given after today, case dismissed"

Morgan sighs in relief as Indy runs to him giving him a hug. "I'm proud of you son" Morgan says hugging him.
"Thank you your honor" Morgan says as they walk out the doors. KT lunges at Morgan and yells a slur in his face before speeding off in her Honda civic.

"Dad please tell me I don't have to go with her again" Indy says from the back of the truck. "No son you won't don't worry" Morgan replies. "Good" Indy replies. They pull up to a end of tour party that Ernest threw and walk in.
"Indyyy!!!" Dakota yells as she runs and hugs him.

"Kota!!!" Indy says hugging her back. Bailey walks up and pats Morgan on the back. "You did it morg you got him back" Bailey says. "Yeah I did, this time he ain't slipping away" Morgan replies sitting down with everyone.

Indigos POV
Ever since my dad got me away from my mom I've been much happier. I got to start playing baseball on a team called "Tennessee tnt" I'm really loving playing for them and getting to win cool trophy's and such.

"Cmon son you've got practice" Morgan says. "Sweet! I gotta be prepared for my game on Saturday" Indy says grabbing his gear bag that's bigger than him. "Here let me Hold that it's bigger than you" Morgan says grabbing his bag.

Dakotas POV
I love watching Indy play baseball especially when he hits the ball really far and wins the game. My dad says that once I turn 7 I can play softball witch is super exciting. Maybe Indy can watch my games like I do at his games.
