Today for the first time woke il with a smile on my face. I slept peacefully without any nightmares which is a good amount of improvement.
I woke up at 6 Am, after being in the gym for 1 hour I took a shower and did my shit
After changing my clothes and packing my back for school I headed downstairs.

I went to the dining room where Dad, Alessandro, and Emily were having a conversation in Italian while the others were listing
"Qualcuno sta di nuovo interferendo con la spedizione" Alessandro said
"Someone is messing with the shipment again"
"Ancora fottuti Swedens," Emilio said doing something on his computer
"Fucking Sedews again"
So they are having problems with Swedes as well
"Questa è la terza volta," Dad said trying to control his anger

"Attacchiamo una di quelle case" Matteo said
