CHAPTER 6

-( Alastor's POV )-

I yawned, my eyes fluttering open as I sleepily heaved myself up into a sit, glancing at the clock beside me, 6 am. A sudden surge of panic ensued me before I realized where I was. Ah, im just in y/n's house. After brushing my teeth I opened the door which led to the living room. I was slightly surprised to see y/n already awake, the sweet smell of waffles clinging onto the air. she was sitting on the padded wooden chair with her cat beside her. "good morning y/n!" I greeted with my usual smile.

-( Your POV )-

I turn my head around to see alastor, gulping down the mouthful of waffles in my mouth. "Oh hi al!" I said, standing up. "Are ya leaving today? Need help packing or anything?" I asked, walking up to him. "Indeed I am my dear" alastor said while nodding, "and no need for assistance my dear, i can handle it" he said with a cheery smile. Charming bastard, wait what am I thinking?

"I'll be here if you need me then!" I said taking another bite of my waffles. "Wait- al come back! I made you waffles for breakfast!" I called out, he turned around, walking and sitting in the chair next to me. I nudged the other plate of waffles towards him, he picked up the silverware.

-( Alastor's POV )

Oh dear, how do I tell her I don't fancy sweets? Erugh. Just eat them al, couldn't be that bad. I took a bite of the waffles as I somewhat begrudgingly began to eat them. "Anything wrong? Are they not to your liking?" Y/n asked. "You don't have to eat them if you don't want to" she said as I swallowed another mouthful. "Oh no dear! They're a delight..!"

"If ya say so"

-( timeskip and back to your pov )-

"see ya al!" You said, waving to him from your front porch.  "likewise and thank you for everything so far, chère" Alastor said, gently grabbing your hand and placing a small peck on it. You felt your heart skip a beat, aint time for the emotions,  You scolded yourself. "oh you big flirt" You teased, flicking his forehead.  Alastor smiled at your action. "thanks for everything, see you" 

"see ya"
