Hey guys, its the weekly update again. Thanks so much for the interest in my book so far!!  This book is doing very well for not being out for a long time, thanks for that! I don't know if you noticed, but the cover has been changed, since I decided that I like the design of this cover more. Anyway, let's get to this chapter!

Continuing from the last chapter...

~~~~~~~~Serena's pov~~~~~~~
Today, I had another modeling thing to do. A photoshoot to promote my company and to promote my position as the Kalos Queen. Usually, I didn't have much opinions about photoshoots, and just got through with it without much thoughts. However, today, all I could think about was meet Ash again, after my photoshoot. He told me he would be picking me up, and I couldn't wait to see him again.
After what seemed to be hours of posing in front a camera, the director announced that the photoshoot was over. I checked the time, to see that it was only 3:45, the photoshoot had actually ended early. I texted Ash the location and he told me he would be there shortly. We agreed to get coffee together and catch up more privately, since the interview wasn't until 5.
For some reason, I hated admitting to the public that Ash and I weren't a thing. I knew that deep down, I really did love Ash, and that I still do. I sat on a bench near the entrance of the building, so that I would see Ash when he pulled in. I was still thinking about how I would lie to the public and make my fans believe that I had no feelings for Ash, when I was actually falling hard for him. My thoughts were interrupted by Chairman Carson.
"Serena, I didn't get to properly introduce you two," Carson said, motioning to Liam. I knew who he was. He was the only heir to his family business. I also knew he was a jerk and had a horrible personality, and a worse dating record.
"I don't need any introductions, Carson." I said, as I spotted Ash's car pull into the parking lot. "This spoiled brat doesn't have any business to do with me. None at all, not even in company affairs. If you will excuse me, I have somewhere else to be." I said, and pushed past the boys.
"Baby, don't be so difficult." Liam said, as he grabbed my wrist, which I shook off.
"Don't ever call me that again." I said, "If you have an ounce of self dignity, you will leave me alone. I am not in any position for a relationship, especially not with you." I said, before I stormed off. Only to have Liam trailing behind me.
"I really want a relationship with someone has pretty and nice as you, Serena. I am really interested in you, and I know you may have heard of my dating record, but I promise, I truly do like you. I really am desperate, and I really want to date you." Liam said, trying to convince my made up mind.
"You might be interested, but I surely am not. Leave me alone Liam Lander. I wouldn't date you anyway, but I have feelings for someone else. Don't bother asking, it's none of your business." I said.
"Please Serena, give me a chance." Liam said, forcefully dragging me. Then Ash interfered.
"Get your hands off her. You heard what she said, she doesn't want you." Ash said, grabbing Liam's hand and swinging it away. He held his hand out to me, and I took it gratefully. We walked out together, and I could feel the sparks as we interlocked our fingers.
Behind my back, I heard Liam mutter "You will regret this Serena."
~~~~~~~Ash's pov~~~~~~~

I led Serena to the car, and we drove off towards a Pokecafe. Pikachu excitedly hugged Serena when it saw her, and Serena stroked Pikachu gently next to me in the front seat. I was overwhelmed in jealousy and anger, so I didn't say much on the ride. Serena finally interrupted the tense silence.
