A few days later, Xiao Zhan entered the hallway wearing a beautiful white dress having golden designs. His hair was tied up in a high ponytail and he wore white and golden boots to match his dress. "I look forward to your accomplishments, Sir Xiao." Gao Tai Yu said making Xiao Zhan smile. "Thank you chief. But where's Sun Jian?" Xiao Zhan asked. Feng Ming Jing pointed in a direction, making Xiao Zhan follow it, and his eyes widened. Sun Jian was talking to Yu Bin, his face having a deep shade of red. 'I never thought his crush at first sight would last for two years. I never took him for the serious type, but now I see him in a new light.' Xiao Zhan thought as he smiled at the two.

A-Yao walked towards Xiao Zhan and bowed once before speaking. "Congratulations my lord. It is a small token but..." Xiao Zhan turned to face A-Yao and was stunned to see Shu Hao and Cao Yuchen walk over, each having a bouquet of flowers in their hands. "Congratulations Zhan." Shu Hao said with a smile. "I knew you wouldn't have any trouble." Cao Yuchen said happily, making Xiao Zhan smile.

"Thank you. I couldn't've done it without either of you." Xiao Zhan said happily as he accepted the roses from them. "Good evening, Your Highnesses." Wang Yibo said as he placed his hand on Xiao Zhan's shoulder, making the omega smile as he turned to look at his lover. "If you're finished with your greetings, I'll be taking Zhan." Saying so, Wang Yibo held Xiao Zhan's hand and led him outside to the balcony. "What an unpleasant alpha." Shu Hao scoffed. "I envy his honesty." Cao Yuchen said while smiling.

Xiao Zhan breathed in deeply, feeling the fresh breeze on his face. "The evening breeze is so nice." He said while Wang Yibo smiled as he looked at him for a moment before he pulled Xiao Zhan close to him and wrapped his cloak around themselves. "It's chilly. Don't catch a cold." Xiao Zhan smiled. "Have you ever been so happy that it scared you? Like the feeling that you're in a perfect dream and can shatter any moment?" He asked. "Then I'll wake you up every morning to assure you."

Suddenly, Wang Yibo knelt down and pulled out a box containing a beautiful diamond ring. "Zhan, be my husband. I don't wish to only watch you walk your path, but be beside you as you find your way. Will you marry me Zhan?" Xiao Zhan smiled as his cheeks turned red. "Yibo... yes! Let's get married Yibo."

Wang Yibo pushed the ring on Xiao Zhan's finger before he got up. The two of them kissed for a while before they sat down on the bench while gazing at the stars as Xiao Zhan leaned against Wang Yibo. "It's midnight. Happy twenty fifth birthday Zhan." Wang Yibo said with a smile although it quickly melted when he saw Xiao Zhan's face.

Xiao Zhan looked at Wang Yibo as tears swelled up in his eyes. "I guess I... was a little nervous. I never thought this day would come." He confessed. Wang Yibo smiled as he held Xiao Zhan's hand and kissed the back of it. "From now on, I'll be the first to wish you happy birthday every year." Xiao Zhan smiled and leaned against Wang Yibo's chest. How nice would it have been if his birthday ended like that but... "Zhan!!" Xiao Jianmin shouted, stunning the couple in the balcony.

Wang Yibo turned around, feeling slightly annoyed while Xiao Zhan forced himself not to laugh. "Zhan, can we escape?" Wang Yibo asked making Xiao Zhan laugh once before nodding. Xiao Jianmin was right behind the door. However, Wang Yibo was a beat faster. He quickly held Xiao Zhan's waist and jumped down, the two of them landing on their feet before running away into the unknown.
