"I see you got the note." James heard his moms voice, making him turn to look to look over his shoulder. He clenched his jaw, softly trying to bite back his frustration. "I know your probably not happy to see me, and probably blame me for." His mom Amelia told him, causing him to look hurt yet upset. "But I-" James shook his head cutting his mom off, seeing a bit harsh with his tone, without trying to be because he was so upset. That his family was now in danger.

"Why didn't you tell me that you were being hunted? Or that you left to protect me." James slightly raised his voice, obviously not happy that his pregnant wife was now a target thanks to his mom. "Because I didn't want to worry you, or put you in jeopardy like now." His mom said, causing him to set the note and pictures of the ultrasound down on the vanity in the hallway. "I'll give you two some space to talk." With that Maria walked away, to give them some room to talk.

"Jeopardy? Scoffs lightly. You have put my wife and unborn pups in jeopardy, by not telling me! You should've told me, that you were being hunted. And that they were after me!" His mom hung her head, looking ashamed and hurt by his sudden attitude with her. Although she understood where he was coming from, since she had indeed put his whole family in danger. But she didn't have a clue that Shauna was now pregnant, she now felt really terrible.

"I get that your upset with me. You have every right to be, but I didn't know how to tell you James. About any of it. You already had your grandfather trying to kill you, I didn't want someone else coming after you almost as terrible as he was. If not worse. Hold on...pregnant?" Amelia said, now looking at him seeing him sighing heavily as he picked up the ultrasound pictures. "Yeah pregnant. Which is why I'm so upset. She's already very tired and not feeling good, I can't just go into hiding with her or exactly go back to beacon hills yet. Not with her being pregnant." James said, handing her the ultrasound pictures to look at.

Amelia took the ultrasound pictures from him, looking at them closely smiling softly yet sadly. "Their beautiful." Amelia said, looking closely at the photos seeing the two small pups that were growing. "How far?" She asked him, curiously yet wondering how far along Shauna was. "Thanks...Couple of weeks. We just found out it was twins." James said, gently rubbing the back of his neck, while Amelia gave him back the pictures. "Even though you knew there were two heartbeats." He nodded his head, smiling softly. "Yeah."
