Chapter 9: Conflicted feelings

"Good work Kakashi, Yugao and Might Guy. The scroll is in good condition but not the senders in front of me right now. What's the situation"? Sandaime observed the three of them as he could tell those Jounins have a massive fights with whoever the traitors were out there only by looking at the dirts and blood on their outfits.

"This Uchiha lady right here caused a global warming by spamming her unlimited fire jutsu"! Guy exclaimed but his mouth immediately got slapped shut by the Uchiha.

"That's true but never once did I imagined to stop the whole forest from continuing their photosynthesis routine"! Yugao glared meanwhile Sandaime just sighed watching them.

"It appeared there were traitors among Suna's delegation. I suspected the leader of hidden Sand border gatekeeper, Yura wasn't aware about the increasement in number of his assistants during their ways to deliver the scroll. In total of 8 peoples, 4 of them came back to ambush me but luckily, I was saved right before they have a chance to kill me". Kakashi explained.

"The traitors are among Sunagakure shinobis as well"? Kakashi just nodded his head at Sandaime's question.

"That's odd". The old man confirmed but unlike those clueless peoples in the room, Yugao was the only one who knows the real identities of the traitors and after all that happens, she decided to keep her mouth shut and just follow her own selfish plan accordingly.

She won't let this simple single information ruins everything especially after knowing Konoha's potential in future. Even in their current state Yugao firmly believe that they have the most talented shinobis with different clan variation compared to other villages.

"Hmm, I will check the scroll contents later. Kakashi and Guy... Both of you are dismissed. Yugao, we need to talk". The raven haired girl shooed the two males out of the office before closing the door shut.

"What's up with that woman shoving us out like that?Are we some kind of bugs to be treated that way"?! Guy complained but immediately cut off by Kakashi.

"Let it go Guy". That's the last words Yugao heard came out from Kakashi's mouth as their presence slowly faded away from the room.

"So? Is Kakashi's words legit"? She nodded at him.

"Yes. It's confirmed since I'm battling with them as well. Kakashi managed to take two of them down but unfortunately, the other two escaped". Yugao bluffed.

The old man stared at her for a moment before starting to think of a possible scenario that could happen in future. Unlike Sandaime, Yugao already know their whole storyline from the very beginning.

The introduction of sound ninjas Kidomaru and Jirobo, the agreements between two neighbourhood villages, Konohagakure, Sunagakure and the traitors of suna shinobis in silent... Yugao could see everything that happened yesterday will lead to the original upcoming episode of Naruto anime which is when the Sunagakure shinobis agreed to let Ottogakure shinobis take over the Konoha destruction during Chuunin exam by using one tail beast known as Shukaku who already sealed inside of Gaara's body by now.

That's when Sunagakure tied up agreement with Ottogakure to betray Konohagakure... Also will lead to Sandaime's death too. Yugao could see the flow of Orochimaru's plan although it takes time but surely, that snake guy is very talented in plotting things.

"If you ask me, I would say that it's better to settle things down quickly by conducting a reunion with lord Kazekage himself. I believe we can't fully trust the contents of the scroll knowing how skillful the traitors are in changing non-verbal messages to something else". Sandaime listened at the girl's explanation seriously.
