"you know.." cleo said as she hit her black and mild, "maybe i did overreact, but she definitely had every right to break my nose."
cleo blew the smoke from her black through her healed nose sending tingles through her face. nola shakes her head, unsure on where she picked up the habit of smoking blacks.
cleopatra used some of the money she had saved up to purchase a yacht. nola and syxx decided to come along with her to make sure she didn't make any crazy decisions.
"you know lotus don't play." syxx looked up from her champagne glass, "i don't even know why you reacted like that after all yo sisters do for you."
"right." nola nods as she stands against the rails of the yacht babysitting her glass of tequila, "i'm surprised she ain't did it sooner."
"why you over babysitting your glass?" syxx points out as she finishes her cup of tequila. she quickly bit into the lime in between her finger tips, "we here to enjoy ourselves, let's not worry about lotus nem right now."
"naw, she needs to talk about this." nola adds before she downs her tequila, "ewww."
cleo pours herself a shot of the rubbing alcohol everyone calls tequila. she didn't need a chaser, she had been drinking a lot more since losing her relationship with her sisters.
cleo chuckles at her best friends as she looks towards the water pushing her hair out of her face, "i love my sister, but i'm so envious of the lifestyle she lives. she's married to a superstar who literally loves her and worships the ground she walks on."
"why?" syxx squints her eyes, "you guys have the same lifestyle literally. everything you have she has just ten times more. lotus literally spoils the fuck out of us."
nola nods, "anything i ask for lotus gives. she doesn't even ask questions anymore like she used to."
"honestly i don't like how you responded to the beyoncé situation." syxx adds her opinion, "she's the reason why you're the star you are and you act like that when something happens? as if that's not your older best friend?"
"right, that's so wrong cle." nola adds, "i would cut you off permanently but i know lotus she gone let yo raggedy ass back in her life just like last time."
cleo clutched her imaginary pearls, "raggedy?"
"that's the only thing you heard?" syxx asks laughing as she downed her champagne. she poured herself another glass as she watched cleo think about her next words.
