"It was Trea!" Ian protested.

"Ivan!" Melanie snapped in response.

"Trea!"

"Ivan!"

"Trea!"

"Trea!" cried Ian.

"Ivan...wait what" Melanie yelped realising she had been tricked "Hey that's not fair" she whined.

"Haha" Ian chuckled "I'm too good."

"Friday who did it" Melanie asked.

"Was it Trea or Ivan" Ian demanded.

"We need to go to Susan's pancake stall" Friday said, marching through the crowed with great haste. Ian and Melanie glanced at each other with confusion before hurrying after her.

They called after several times asking and extreme number of questions. Friday just stayed silent, determined to confuse them even more then she already had. As arrived at Colin and Susan's stall, the smell of pancakes hit their noses and spread to their stomachs, making them growl in hunger. Friday slowed her pace and stopped at the end of the queue. Ian grabbed her by the arm and spun her around to face him.

"Who did it" he whispered in a quiet voice "Ivan or Trea."

"Neither of them" Friday answered calmly.

"What!" Melanie exclaimed "But there both intensely jealous of Charlie and Harvey's stall."

"Are jealous, instead of were jealous meaning they couldn't of stolen dishes" Friday said smugly.

"You make absolutely no sense right now" Ian muttered.

"If either one of them had stolen the dishes, they would have known Charlie would be disqualified and they would have no need to be jealous" Friday explained "They don't know the dishes are gone."

Ian and Melanie glanced at each other, neither of them were right.

"that's all well and good clearing someone's name" Ian said sarcastically (he really wanted to get Ivan or Trea in trouble) "But we still don't know who stole the dishes."

Friday was about to answer when a voice spoke behind them.

"How many pancakes can give you on this fine morning" it was Susan.

"Oh, my goodness it's 4:00 in the afternoon" Friday cried (why do people keep saying that its morning) "and we don't need any pancakes thank you."

"What!" Melanie asked clearly to upset "but you're the one who wanted to come here."

"We're not here for pancake's" Friday exclaimed "we're here for Riley."

Ian and Melanie looked around the crowded stall and saw Riley leaning against an empty stall with a blue tarp sprawled across a table, sheepishly holding a plate of pancake's. They approached him slowly, as if he was an animal and they didn't want to scare him. As soon as Riley noticed them, his leaning position collapsed, and he slipped just catching onto the table for balance.

Riley immediately started to confess "I didn't mean to take them."

Friday nodded sadly and fished for him "You only meant to swap them."

"Take what, swap what?" Melanie asked, approaching to him to get a better look.

Riley pulled out a black lunch box from underneath the tarp and opened it to reveal three petri dishes.

"What the fuck" Ian cried.
