Skylers POV
When I opened my eyes I was surrounded by trees, I must be in a forest of sort. But how could that be? This must be some sort of a dream. Well I've never been able to be "awake" during a dream so why not just go with it. I could slightly see the sun above me going down a bit so I know if I go in the direction of the sun I'm going in a west direction. It felt like I was walking for a long time when the trees started to thin out and I could here water.
I came to the end of the trees and just past it I was on the edge of a cliff facing the ocean. Looking out at the ocean in front of I instantly felt trapped. There was no path that lead down to a beach, a way to walk on a beach and feel he sad between my toets .
There was a pull inside me that drew me to the ocean, like the ocean was a part of me.

Third day in the hospital
It has now been 3 days since the accident and the doctor that are treating Skyler says that her body has suffered a lot of damage and being in a coma is her body's way of making sure that she gets better first. He says that she could wake up today or it could take weeks.
I called Sky's parents so that they can know what happened and that they could be here for there daughter. There work kept them busy but they would be here by tonight. They were really sad that they had to finish work before they could be by there daughters side.
Skylers grandmother has been bringing me food a few times a day as I refuse to leave her side, I only do when I have to use the Barth room. But other that that I'm always with her.
She has been my best friend since I could remember. She was my partner in crime, we had no secrets between the two of us. When I had to leave here last year for university it was like leaving a part of myself behind. It was in the first month of university that I realized that I love her, before that I know that I had strong feelings for her but more in a brotherly way. Wel my feelings is in no sense brotherly now.
Fourth day in the hospital
Skyler's parents arrived last night. They wanted to make a case against the guy who put Skyler in the hospital but the guy has already offerd to cover all of Skyler's medical bills so why should he be brought before a judge. Skyler would not want her parents to take the case further.
Miss James forced me to go home and get some sleep and also take a shower. They would call me if something changed.
Skylers POV
I was standing at the cliff again. The water moved steady like a heart beat. Going in and out with the tide. I took several steps back and I ran. I wanted to be in the water. I want to be part of the of the ocean.
Taking the last step of the cliff I threw myself into the open air, that moment before I Hut the cold water I felt free.
