Chapter 2

I swing my right foot towards a delinquent with a bat knocking him to the ground unconscious. And without a thought i kicked backwards targeting the stomach of another delinquent that attempt to man handle me from behind. Then moving 3 steps forward i undercut another delinquent.

The wind gushed towards me with every swift move i made, the moonlight became my spotlight, and my adrenaline ran crazily in me, fighting is a great stress reliever. This is fun. I mentally said to myself, forming a smirk.

If you wonder how i got in this situation, well let me explain from the beginning.

[ 10 minutes earlier ]

After unpacking my things and changing into a comfy hood sweatpants, i decided to read my pamphlet of the school i was going to attend.

Writing everything i needed for school. Once finished i decided to stretch my arms in relief and lay on my mattress comfortably.

As i was about to close my eyes, i heard a knock on my door. "Can i come in." It was my uncle.

"Sure." I replied tidying the things in my bed.

Uncle Tamara entered, and saw that i was done unpacking he nodded proudly on how fast i was to unpack my things.

"I just want to give you this. It is a spare key in case me and your aunt would come home late from work." Placing the key on top of my bed.

"And also your aunt and i are going to go for a quick errand in the main street. And i was wondering if ---." Before he can even finish. My word got ahead

"Sure, i would like to come." I agreed placing my notepad on the drawer beside my bed.

"Great!"

After we dropped off in the main street, i asked if I could roam around and they agreed as long as we met up in front of the bakery shop not far from the grocery store.

And while roaming around looking through items and buying snacks, i stumbled upon a group of thugs that surrounded three girls who were very uncomfortable.

I decided to ignore it but then one of the girls screamed. "Let go of me."
Despite the girls effort to get away the group giggled.

Suddenly a lady passed by me and helped the troubled girls.

"Why don't you mind your own business." The lady slapped the hand off the girl and told them to go ahead.

Ok the situation is resolved, lets continue where we left. I said to myself mentally.

But then again thugs will always be thugs. One of the thugs tried to raise a hand on the lady. But i was swift enough to stop it.

The lady and group of thugs seemed surprised by my entrance.

"You know that is really bad for your male reputation to hit a dignified lady." I grasp the hand of the man tightly.

"And who do you think you are?" The thug tried to get closer to me. "Your worst nightmare." I replied back.

The thugs laugh at my response, before swinging their bat towards me.

And of course it ticks me off. And you know what happens after.

Finally finishing the job i did not realize a group formed while i was fighting. And the lady was surrounded by a different group.

Kotoha PoV:
I was on my way back to my apartment when i bumped into someone. It was a girl with black hair and white highlights, it reminded me of someone. And according to her unbothered expression i turned to see what she was looking at.

Thats when she started to walk away. And there i saw 3 girls surrounded by a group of thugs.

Why can't i have one peaceful day. I mentally groaned. But i cant ignore the poor girls and decided to stop those thugs.

Drawing closer to the group i slapped the thugs hands off one of the girls "Why dont you mind your own business." I annoyingly announced.

Upon seeing the thugs angry expression, I knew what will happen next. As i close my eyes and ready myself for the impact. I couldn't help but notice how long it took. And decided to open my eyes.

I was surprised to see the girl from earlier. I thought she left awhile ago. I mentally stated to myself.

"You know that is really bad for your male reputation to hit a dignified lady." She never planned to hide her angry tone.

"And who do you think you are?" The thug tried to intimidate her by moving closer. "Your worst nightmare." Sarcasm present in her reply.

The Girl then push me away, as my body fell to the ground from the force. I heard her " Move away laddy, please."

A bat swang towards her and she ducked letting the bat hit a member.
Then she swiftly swing her left leg, and her opponent fell to the ground.

Backing up again she avoided a punch from one of the thugs and punched him straight in his face and i watched him fell unconscious.

Her movement is precise and clean, it was so elegant to watch as if she knew where the next strike was. Snapping back to reality. I took my phone and decided to call for back up, knowing full well one person can't handle it alone.

KOTOHA
- ume i need help a group of thugs are attacking and only one person is defending.

UMEMIYA
- on my way

Now that back up is on their way, all i need to do is to make sure the girl is ok.

Then a man flew infront of me landin not far from where i stand. The thug clutched in his chest groaning in pain.

The girl was still fighting but now in offense. She kicked, punched, and defended.

It was incredible. Then i heard someone calling my name.

"KOTOHA!!"

i turned around, it was umemiya. Together with kaji, hiiragi, and kyotaro. All running towards me.

"Kotoha are you ok!?" Umemiya asking for assurance from me.

" I am fine, but you have to ---." I stopped when i heard a scream.
