Chapter 10 - Good Morning

-Brendon-
Once I got to bed, I thought I was tired. But I guess I wasn't because I couldn't sleep at all. Jade was stuck in my mind and though she lived with me now, worries still filled my mind. Like I hope she is truly happy to be here.

I have begun to realize I really care about Jade. Anytime I am near her, I feel I need to be protective of her. I feel I need to protect her from the dangers of the world and herself. When ever I see her I can't help but feel happy and fulfilled. And when I can listen to her beautiful voice forever. But I didn't know if that's how she felt about me.

-Jade-
Once I got to bed, I felt so wide awake. I couldn't sleep the whole night. I tried to, but I just couldn't. I felt so safe with Brendon. I felt happy to be here with Brendon. But I suppose because I couldn't stop thinking about him, I couldn't sleep.

I got the feeling I was definitely falling for him. I feel so happy when I'm around him. I can listen to his voice forever. Since he is being so sweet and letting me stay with him, I decided to go make him some breakfast.

It took me a while to get everything I needed to make pancakes, but I did it. I was making him chocolate chip pancakes. I wanted to surprise him, but suddenly I saw him walk into the kitchen, smiling.

"Damn it, what are ya doing here Bren?" I asked, laughing but feeling a little sad because the surprise was gone.

"Jade! The real question here is what are YOU doing? I'm supposed to make YOU breakfast!" He exclaimed, laughing with me. Then he came to me and put his hands on my shoulders am kissed me on the cheek.

"Thank you so much. Do you need help with anything?" I shook my head. I was going to treat him all by myself. I even told him that. He shook his head, say down, and made a pouty face. I just smiled.

Finally my pancakes were done. I hoped he would like them. As I put the plate of pancakes in front of him, he looked at me with confusion.

"Where's your breakfast?" He was so sweet.

"Oh I'm not hungry right now." He nodded his head, but then mentioned,

"Whenever you are hungry, let me know and I will make or get anything you'd like. Thank you so much for this amazing breakfast Jay." He thanked me as he ate his breakfast. I was so glad he liked it.

-Brendon-
As I was laying down, I heard some noise from the kitchen. So I got up and out of bed to see what I was hearing. Suddenly, I walked into the kitchen only to see Jade in her (adorable) PJ's, making pancakes. I felt my face get hot and I got happier, no caring I got no sleep.

I tried to offer my help, but she wouldn't let me. I was actually planning on making her breakfast, but she beat me to it. She was so sweet. So I couldn't help but go over to her and kiss her on he cheek. I couldn't stop thanking her. That girl could cook some amazing pancakes.

So I decided to plan something special for her.

After Bren was done eating, he told me to get dressed. I was so badly wanting to know why he wanted me to get dressed. Where was he taking me?

So I decided to dress up in my favourite Panic! T-Shirt, black ripped jeans, black and white converse, a Sleeping With Sirens necklace, Panic! Wristband, Pierce The Veil wrist band, and last but not least, an All Time Low wristband.

As I was walking down stairs to Brendon, I was on the third last step, when Bren put his hands to my hips, lifted me, and put me down In front of him.

"You look so beautiful...oh wait that's always!" Bren laughed. I shook my head smiling.

"Are ya ready to go?" He asked me, as I nodded anxiously. He kissed me on the cheek, and took my hand as we went to his car.

"Are you excited Jay?" He asked me. But I didn't know hat to be excited for besides being with him.

"Well, I don't know where we're going, but hey as long as I'm with you, Yup I sure am excited." I smiled, but Brendon didn't.
