Jade's POV:

"Is there anything you wanna tell me?" My breath hitched as I stared at everyone. "No, there's nothing to tell. I just don't think it's fair that I have to be the bait in her plan... but seeing I did face him before, I get her point." I quickly answered. I could tell Tori was a bit disappointed with my response; nevertheless, I wasn't ready to tell them, especially Beck. So, I decided to brush her off. "Okay, then it's settled: Jade will be our diversion while Andre gets Robbie."

"Uh, one flaw in that plan: how are we gonna carry his body while we try to escape? Isn't he gonna slow us down?" Trina pointed out.

"We're gonna have some time to escape once we trap that fucker, but in the meantime, we'll just place Robbie with Sikowitz and Sinjin." I quickly noticed how the three shifted their expressions. "What's wrong?"

"Um... about that, Sinjin's body is missing," Beck calmly said. "When we were about to place Sikowitz inside the closet, we didn't see his body."

"He was gone," Andre added. We were clueless and speechless at the same time. I couldn't help but wonder what kind of killer takes dead bodies. It's not like we hadn't seen his body yet. What is his plan? Is he alone? More importantly, why us? My thoughts were cut off when suddenly a tape recording played. We immediately shifted our eyes to the speaker, and I narrowed my eyes as I instantly recognized that annoying voice.

"Trina?" We all stared at her as she tilted her head.

"You sure Robbie and Cat would buy that this dress came from Beck?... Yes, I know the plan is to get her to come, but—well, how sure are you that you could break those two up?!... Yes, I wanna date Beck... fine! I'll write a letter with it." She said on the recording. "But about Jade? laughs Perfect. Serves her right after she stole my crown last year!" I could barely hear the faint voice of the man she was talking to.

My heart raced as I turned to face her. "I-I can explain—" She said, slowly stepping back from us.

"You know the killer!" Beck walked beside me. I could tell he was as furious as I was. "Yes, but—BUT this isn't what we talked about!"

"Trina, you allowed someone to murder our friends just because you wanted Beck and Jade to break up!" Tori shouted, trying to restrain herself.

"I didn't know he was gonna hurt anyone, let alone kill people for her?!" Me?! Is she seriously gonna blame me for what that psycho did?! She took her final step when she reached the wall. "Please, you gotta trust me. I didn't want any of this! I was just jealous of you; I didn't mean to help him..."

"Omg... you are just as sick as that fucker is. I bet you weren't even planning on telling us the truth!" I said, my voice laced with venom.

"I swear! I was gonna tell you! I'm begging you guys... I don't wanna go to jail!" I clenched my fists, trying my best not to rip her head off. I got raped because of her, and she has the nerve to beg?!

"Oh trust me! You won't go anywhere!" I tried to launch myself at her, wanting to strangle the life out of her, but Beck and Andre held me by the waist, trying to restrain me. "Jade!" They kept a distance from her so that I wouldn't end up murdering her. "Tell me who's the killer!" I shouted, extending my arms to grab her.

"It's—"

The power suddenly went out.

"Mmmmm!"

And by the time it turned back on, Trina was already gone.

"Where the hell is she?!" I yanked my arms from the two and immediately faced Beck. "Why did you stop me?!" I yelled at him.

"You were gonna kill her."
