Tully felt happy. In fact he felt very happy. Just about everything made him want to giggle. The Silly Wolf really was silly indeed. Nagging him non-stop all night about this and that. Saying that he was already drunk enough. Blah blahh. Humph. How can he, the great Tully DeMoor, be drunk? Imfeasible. Unpossible. Nuh uh.
Ah! ah! ah! He really must kiss the Silly Wolf silly for real. Spank his butt too. Yeah, that's right. Show him who's really the baby and who's the daddy. Humph. Tully silently nodded to himself in approval. The action prompted an incredulous gaze from Juno who stood a short distance away.
Wobbling in place, and with a certain body part in hand, Tully guided it with a compelling artistic flair as such warm, wet droplets fell upon the tree bark as though they were paint being splattered across a canvas.
Finished, the 'brush' was returned into his trousers, his long, thin fingers fumbling to close the zipper. He stepped back from the tree, and took in the masterpiece before him with bleary, satisfied eyes.
"Done?" Juno asked.
"D-did you hicc- peek at my peepee?" Tully turned an accusatory gaze towards Juno.
Juno chuckled. "No peeking." He replied honestly, his tone laced with amusement. He wanted to say that the boy had seen his 'pee pee' before and stared so unabashedly that even now, he felt shy just thinking about it.
"Reaaally?" Tully slurred and seemed to think about it for a moment. Then as though completely reassured, he smiled, and returned his attention to the tree. "I d-drew a portrait of y-you." He said to Juno expectantly.
Juno followed Tully's gaze and observed the formless wet patch before him. "That's...me?" He asked in confusion.
Tully's lips pouted. "Y-you don't l-like it?"
"No, no!" Juno hurriedly denied it, his tone a little flustered. "I really like it, it looks just like me. Actually, no one has ever drawn a portrait of me from their piss before. I feel very honoured. Thanks, Baby."
The grievance vanished from Tully's face as quickly as it appeared. He went on to explain the finer details of the piece, while Juno listened patiently beside him.
"So this is me, with wolf ears and a tail growing out of my...forehead?" Juno summarised, his lips twitching as he suppressed his laughter.
Tully nodded seriously. "Y-you like?"
"You know what, the more I look at it, the more I like it." He took his phone out and photographed the wet patch.
Tully's chest puffed up, clearly he was very happy and smug about this. He puckered his lips and looked intently at the other boy. Juno chuckled and leaned in, placing a light kiss on the alcohol moistened lips. A smile bloomed on the boy's face. His brown eyes took on a bright lustre as though for just a second all the light in the world had found sanctuary in them.
Juno was taken by this smile. It seemed to transport him to a particular summer's day during the first year of his Alpha training. Often, he would accompany his uncle, Alpha Rudius and learn directly from him. On one such day, they had returned to the Pack, as customary, the gatekeeper greeted them with a few words before opening the gate. Alpha Rudious spoke to the gatekeeper, commending the older man for his diligence and service to the Pack. His words were as lacking in genuineness as they were abundant in praise. The gatekeeper, however, was happy to be spoken to by the Pack Leader, nodding and smiling humbly as his station decreed, soaking in his uncle's drivel as though it was being directly infused into his bloodstream.
Bored, he cast his gaze towards a nearby park. Children of various ages played, their unanimous carefree shouts made for a wondrously youthful concerto. As though spirited away by a cool summer breeze, a small tattered badminton shuttlecock was decanted close to where the car was parked. A young girl around the same age as him or perhaps a little older chased after it.
