Written In the Stars (Boothill x reader)

Aventurine harshly gripped my arm and dragged me out of the room where he kept me. "Where are you taking me?" I shout at him but he didn't even look at me. I try to pull away from him, to try to escape but he just slapped me and said "stop fighting me." Tears brimmed in my eyes and i yanked my arm again, "no, let me go." 

He just ignored me and dragged me further down the hall. I tried to reason with him again, "Aventurine stop, this isn't right and you know that" He paused, halting in his steps. My heart picked up, did that convince him to let me go? His shoulders start shaking and I worriedly take a step back. He turns around, wiping tears from his eyes, chuckles escaping his lips. 

This bastard was laughing at me! I frowned at him and he sighed, "sweetheart I really don't care. Right now you're balancing on the line of being a good gamble or being completely useless. And I get rid of useless things so just listen to me and you'll stay alive...a little longer." 

That sent a shiver up my spine at his change in tone, he did not appear to be joking and I bent my head, obediently following him. Suddenly we stopped at a cross in the corridor and Aventurine began speaking to some guards before his turned to me with a coy look in his eyes, "alright sweetheart, you will go with them and you will behave. If you try to escape I have given to the order to kill you so please, don't make this harder for us." 

I gulped and nodded, turning to the guards as they begin to walk down the corridor on the left. I glance back and see Aventurine smirking at me, "I'll tell your beloved you said hello, sweetheart." My heart lurched and I turned around, following the guards.

We continued to walk down a few halls, taking a few turns before I was pushed into a room. I didn't bother fighting, I had to think of a plan to escape. I look around the room. It was cold and metallic, similar to the one I was in previously, like it was made for keeping people inside. The walls were covered in scratches and slashes. 

A chill enveloped my body and I rubbed my hands together, "what kind of people did they keep in here?" I mutter to myself. I glance around the room again and notice a gigantic metallic door on the opposite side. Strange... I approach the door cautiously, knocking my fingers against it. A hollow sound echoed and I hummed. 

The door let to another room but, it was way more secure than the one I entered. I continued to walk around the room but I couldn't find anyway out. I plopped down and leaned on the wall, thinking about all that happened. Maybe I should have listened to Boothill, we would have been able too work this out and eventually gotten back together. 

I start to imagine life if the IPC hadn't annihilated our planet, with Boothill, Tulip and the baby that was on the way. My eyes stung with tears but I wiped them away quickly. Suddenly there was static and a voice sounded from a speaker, "well Y/n, ready to give them a show?" 

I tilted my head in confusion what do you mean?" I head a chuckle come from the speaker and the huge metal door suddenly began to raise open. A horde of monsters stepped out and looked onto me. My heart leapt into my throat and I pressed my back against the wall furthest from the monsters. "well darling you're going to show your beloved if you'd live or die for him?" 

It was then I heard a crash in the background a voice shouting "don't you forkin dare, leave 'er outta this! " A monster lunched at me and i Jumped to the side with a scream, Aventurine chuckling through the speaker, "c'mon sweetheart, we're all watching anxiously." 

hey everyone, how are you guys? sorry this took so long to come out. I was making sure I had fully recovered from Dengue Fever before I started writing. Rn im just working to regain the weight I lost (im almost to 100 lbs uwu) anyway, I gave you a long awaited chapter. what do you think will happen next? 

Also i started playing Love and Deep Space AND IM OBSESSED WITH SYLUS LIKE WHY IS HE SO FINE?? ahem, anyway. How'd you like the chapter?  Sorry if you thought it was short, the story is also close to ending, this be the climax of the story yuh    Also, thank you for all the get well messages, I really appreciated it. love u guyss <33
