A/N- yall better love my gf she read the last two chapters, looked at me and said cant you write more now, mind you it was midnight lmfao

and of course ill tell you when to hit that play button

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I nod and look at Lexa's face looking for any sign of doubt but i see none "everyone is burned, dead, gone"

Lexa puts her hand on my cheek and leans in, her lips meeting mine, she's kissing me, the big strong commander is kissing me and I'm kissing back. My hands go to her waist as i hold her close to me not wanting to let her back away yet.

(* means storms talking)

*just like your ancestors, but do not let your guard down she is getting closer every day to knowing you have Storm*

i block out Storm and i focus on the here and now, Lexa's lips are so soft against my own, and yet they fit together so perfectly. I pull away sensing we both need to breathe.

"not everyone Freya not you"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I look Lexa in her eyes, not expecting her to admit she cares for me. "Lexa can we come back to this after the fight, right now we both need to have clear heads"  Lexa softly smiles and nods "of course Freya" me and Lexa both turn to the table and study the map a little more, waiting on the signal from Raven, waiting for the fog to be down so we can march and set the plans we have in motion.

"HEDA HEDA HEDA HEDA" Lexa's eyes shoot to my own and she runs out of the tent with me not far behind her. I look to the sky and i smile, "Raven that's the signal Commander." Lexa turns to face the thousands of warriors she has, the ones who have been waiting for revenge on the mountain. "TO WAR" those two words that leave Lexa's lips sets everything we have been preparing for into motion, the warriors get up and start marching.

The camp we have set up is left there so that after the battle we can go there and tend to the wounded. Today is going to change a lot of things for a lot of people and i could not be more ready. I am marching beside Lexa both of us at the front of the line, I'm not going to lie, i feel out of place, i have never been the leading type, I'm a monster, a killer, and nothing can change that.

The things I've had to endure, survive, the training, beatings, the injection that changed me. Getting sent to Earth with the 100 made me understand just how big of a monster i am, even helping the 100 when we first landed here wasn't going to make up for the things i have done. I need to stop thinking, i need to focus, taking a calming breath i mentally box up anything on my mind that is not about the battle to come.

(* storm is talking)

*you have cleared your mind child, i will not be long as you need all of your strength for what's to come, in the battle up ahead you will have to make a choice that will change the course of your life*

"thank you but leave me be i need to focus"

*yes my child*

I fully block out storm, my mother talking to me during the day is getting easier but it still give me mental fatigue and strain. But it makes me wonder about what she means i will have to make a choice that will change my life, ugh having Storm has turned into a pain in my ass.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

we make it outside the front door of the Mountain, we have a team in the tunnels, to get the others out, while we fight here. I'm kneeling behind a rock waiting on Lexa to return from giving orders to the other teams.
